For many people, mental health issues are something that they have to just deal with. They may not be able to fix their condition or help themselves get better, but they can still be friends and family members. 🍃

World Mental Health Day 🌎 is a chance for us to recognize the importance of mental health and take action against mental illness. We need to talk about it, learn about it, and spread awareness about what we can do about it. 💭

It’s important to remember that everyone experiences some form of mental health issue at some point in their lives. 👀 Not everyone will develop a full-blown mental illness like schizophrenia or bipolar disorder 👀, but everyone will experience some form of anxiety every day. And no matter what kind of anxiety you’re dealing with, you can always find something positive to focus on while you’re going through it!🤎🧡
