I'm from the Philippines. Do you love gardening? Gardening is a therapeutic hobby which improves our inner being and health. Surrounding yourself with plants can make your day and lessen stress due to negative news and setbacks. With more than 400, 000 species of plants around the world, it would be a daunting task to know them all. But with the exchange of information with our fellow gardeners and plant enthusiasts, this would make gardening a more interesting activity. If you have any tips and tricks that you find useful on how to take care the plants. Please let me know. Hello, my dear Green Fingers! Howdy! These are my kale veggy plants here in our itsybitsy garden! Kale belongs to the family of cabbages. Kale is consider one of the best superfood veggies because it contains antioxidants and minerals which boost our immune system. 🌹🥰🌿

These kales are still in the growing stage but ai confess, I've already harvested some of its leaves and incorporate them in sautéed mung beans or on fish stews. 🌹🍀
