This quote teaches us that happiness is a personal responsibility and a conscious choice. It emphasizes that happiness is not something that can be discovered or stumbled upon, but rather it is created through our actions, attitudes, and decisions. By taking ownership of our happiness, we can focus on making intentional choices that bring us joy and fulfillment.

This mindset shift empowers us to cultivate a positive and resilient approach to life, allowing us to navigate challenges with greater ease and confidence. Ultimately, this quote reminds us that happiness is a journey, not a destination, and that we have the power to create the life we desire and make our life happy. šŸ˜Šā˜ŗļø

One aspect of Brother Witness Lee’s ministry that many found inspiring was his perspective on pursuing education. He consistently encouraged young believers to attain the highest level of education possible—not for worldly gain or self-glory, but for the Lord’s purpose. According to his speaking, when education is consecrated to God, it becomes a valuable instrument in His hands.

Brother Lee emphasized that seeking first the kingdom of God does not mean neglecting academics. Rather, a proper pursuit of learning, when coupled with a heart for the Lord, prepares young people to be useful vessels for God’s move. He believed that the Lord desires young people who are both spiritually grounded and intellectually trained, capable of serving Him in various fields and situations.

This word deeply affected many students who were learning to balance their spiritual life with their academic responsibilities. Through Brother Lee’s encouragement, they began to view education not just as a personal goal, but as a way to serve God's greater purpose.

By the Lord’s mercy and grace, several among them graduated from college, and notably, one obtained a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, while another completed a Juris Doctor degree. These accomplishments serve not as a source of pride, but as testimonies of how the Lord can use education when it is offered back to Him in consecration.

Prayer isn’t just about faith — it also changes your brain.šŸ§ šŸ™

Research shows that regular prayer and meditation can improve brain health.

Neuroscientist Dr. Andrew Newberg found that prayer activates the front part of the brain, which helps you focus and make better decisions. It also lowers stress by reducing the hormone cortisol and calming areas linked to fear and anxiety.

It even grows parts of the brain linked to kindness and care, while reducing feelings of loneliness and sadness.

Our prayer is for the graduating students to grow in faith together, becoming closer to God and growing spiritually.

Attention!

To all Spiritual Enhancement students, please be informed of the conduct of the Retreat and Recollection Program in our Spiritual Enhancement subject with the theme: ā€œHonoring God and Obeying your Parentsā€. As our culminating activity for the second semester, this event will take place on May 22, 2025 for all Christian students and May 23, 2025 for all Muslim students from 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. at NCMC Gymnasium.

In relation to the objectives and services of the guidance office, this activity will be beneficial to strengthen the spiritual faith of every student and develop their spiritual wellness. It also gives encouragement and realization to develop good manners and right conduct in application to spiritual values.

We highly encourage all the SE students to attend the meaningful event. We also recognize the Guidance team for conducting this event. Take note that attendance is a must!

See you!šŸ«¶šŸ™šŸ™Œ
