π Jesus tells his followers not to worry about material needs because God will provide for them, just as he provides for the flowers in the fields. Jesus also says that anxious emotions can't add even an hour to a person's life.
"Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear." π·
