Subject: Notice of Price Adjustment Following Municipality Meeting

Dear Valued Customers,

Warm greetings!

We would like to respectfully inform you that the recent Municipality Meeting and in line with the agreed guidelines due to the recent increase in fuel prices and global economic challenges, we will be implementing a slight adjustment in our water refilling service rates.

As you may be aware, ongoing economic tensions involving countries such as Iran and the United States have significantly affected the global oil supply. This has resulted in rising fuel prices worldwide, which directly impacts transportation and operational costs.

Because of these unavoidable increases, we find it necessary to adjust our prices in order to continue providing you with safe, clean, and high-quality drinking water, along with reliable delivery service.

Effective on March 30,2026, the updated price per container will be ₱25.00 (delivery).

We assure you that this decision was made carefully and only after considering all factors. Our commitment remains the same—to serve you with quality, reliability, and care.

We sincerely ask for your understanding and continued support during these challenging times. Should you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us.

Thank you very much.

Sincerely,

Shirley M. Sarmiento
