Job Description: Ghost Trainer (Full-Time)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Personal Trainer to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and fitness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide personalized fitness and nutrition programs. They must be proficient in using Trainerize to manage and deliver programs and demonstrate a high level of professionalism, loyalty, and dedication to client success.
Responsibilities:
* Design and adjust personalized fitness and nutrition programs to meet individual client goals.
* Utilize Trainerize to manage client programs, updates, and feedback.
* Provide consistent and engaging ghostwritten communication to clients, ensuring a professional and supportive tone.
* Monitor client progress and make adjustments as necessary to optimize results.
* Offer motivation, accountability, and guidance to clients through check-ins and updates.
* Maintain fluent English communication, both written and verbal, to ensure clarity and professionalism.
* Collaborate with team members to improve client experiences and program delivery.
Qualifications:
* Certified Personal Trainer with current certification(s) (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent).
* Proven experience in fitness and nutrition coaching, preferably online.
* Proficiency in using Trainerize or similar platforms for program management.
* Strong writing skills for crafting client communications.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle full-time client loads.
* Dependable, loyal, and dedicated to delivering outstanding client results.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
