AFS, aside from its literal meaning, is also affiliated with the word “Affection” or Affection to Flairtending Society. Meaning, AFS operation is not just about segregating items into groups according to a specified criterion, but it is also about an act of affecting or influencing and having devotion, as well as the attachment among leaders, trainors, and members inside and outside the organization. So when we are going to analyze it, AFS are to pick up or to choose one of the best students that the Asiatech have in terms of skills and talent. So that’s why member of the AFS organization are probably the best of the best HRM students or students from some other courses in Asiatecth College. AFS is one of the HRM department’s organization that would give chance to Asiatech students and its Alumnis gather knowledge, discover skills and potentials in Flairtending, enjoy the experience, and enroot good relationship among advisro, head officers, trainors, and members. In this way, we, as AFS officers and heads, could possibly achieve our greatest purpose of building this cartel, and that is to create coadunated environment among people in Asiatech and let aliens and drifters know ‘we exist’.
