HEADS UP! Another POTENTIAL STORM incoming! ⚠️

After Super Typhoon ( ), there is now a MODERATE chance of tropical cyclone formation to the Low Pressure Area (LPA 09f) east of the Philippines within the next few days. It is expected to enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) later this week.

Based on the latest Tropical Cyclone (TC) - Threat Potential from DOST-PAGASA and supported by multiple weather models, the potential storm could make landfall and may cross the central Philippines over the next several days as the steering ridge to the north strengthens.

Those in Central Luzon, Metro Manila, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, the Bicol Region, and Visayas should closely monitor updates on this disturbance.

The Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA) is already forecasting the LPA to become a tropical depression within the next 24 hours.

BAGYONG NANDO, PATULOY ANG MABILIS NA PAGLAKAS; SIGNAL #1, ITINAAS NA⚠️🌀

UPDATE | Patuloy nga ang mabilis na paglakas ng bagyong at as of 5pm, taglay na nito ang lakas ng hanging aabot sa 140 km/h at bugsong aabot sa 170 km/h habang tinatahak ang direksyong pa hilagang kanluran sa bilis na 10 km/h.

Huli itong namataan sa layong 770 km silangan ng Echague, o 725 km silangan ng Casiguran, ayon sa PAGASA.

Dahil sa malawak na windfield nito o sakop ng malalakas na hangin, itinaas na ang Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal #1 sa:
