If this made you stop scrolling… that's your sign.

Hey! I'm Aziel, a podcast production partner for heart-led podcasters who have a message to share but not enough hours in the day to do everything that comes after hitting record.

You're recording, editing, writing show notes, creating clips, scheduling posts, and somehow still trying to find time to actually think about your podcast.

You don't have to do all of that alone.

If you need help with any of these:
- Editing your podcast episodes
- Creating short clips for social media
- Writing show notes
- Blog posts & newsletters
- Scheduling & distribution

I'm here to take it off your plate so you can focus on what you actually love.

Showing up and sharing your message.

If this sounds like something you've been needing, send me a DM.

I'd genuinely love to hear about your podcast and see how I can support you.

This is what I would say to her and honestly, to anyone who feels the same way.

I'm still young.
And some of the most valuable things I've ever learned came from people who lived it.
People who have years and scars and stories behind them.

That's you.

I genuinely love sitting down and hearing someone's story.
The ones with struggle and survival and hard-earned wisdom in them.
And I can tell you honestly, age has never once made me want to listen less.
If anything, it makes me lean in more.

So when I saw her asking whether she should hide her age on camera, my heart went out to her.
Because the thing she was most worried about hiding is the exact thing her audience needs to see.

Your wrinkles are not a weakness.
Your years are not a disadvantage.
The life you've live, everything you've seen, survived, and learned…that is your greatest asset as a podcaster.

It is never too late to start something that matters.
Never.

Show up on camera.
Share your story.
Say the thing you've been carrying.

Because someone out there, maybe someone just like me, is waiting to hear it from you specifically.

I hear this from aspiring podcasters every single week (which I also did).
"I feel like I'm already too late. The space is too crowded. Someone is already doing what I want to do."

And I get it. I really do. You open Spotify, you see thousands of shows, and something in you just goes quiet.

But here's what I want you to hear and I mean this: the podcasting audience is still growing. New niches are still emerging. And not one person on this planet can replicate your voice, your story, or the specific way you see the world.

You're not behind. You never were.

The podcasters you admire right now had a first episode with no listeners, no confidence, and no guarantee it would work. The only thing that separates them from where you are right now is that they started anyway.

I've worked with podcasters for years. I've seen shows grow from nothing into something that genuinely changes people's lives. And every single one of them started exactly where you are, with an idea and a reason to share it.

If you’re posting YouTube Shorts but not linking them to your long-form videos, you might be missing out on this growth.

In this video, I’ll talk about why this feature matters for channel growth, and the batching trick you need to know if you schedule content ahead of time.

Most creators don’t realize that you can’t link a Short to a scheduled video but there’s a simple workaround.

It’s setting your long-form video as a Premiere which allows you to link your Shorts before the video goes live.

This is one of the most underrated YouTube growth strategies, especially if you:

- Post YouTube Shorts consistently
- Batch and schedule content weeks ahead
- Want Shorts to actually drive subscribers and watch time

Small feature. Big impact.

If you’ve ever wondered whether it’s worth creating short clips from your long-form podcast episodes, this video is for you.

Short clips (like YouTube Shorts or Reels) are great for reach, engagement, and discovery. They bring new listeners to your full episodes and help your podcast grow.

But here’s the catch: editing clips takes time.

Before committing, ask yourself:
- Can I realistically allocate time for this each week?
- Should I outsource editing to save energy and focus on content creation?

The goal isn’t doing everything yourself. It’s working smart, growing your podcast strategically, and making sure your time is used wisely.

Short clips are worth it but only if you make them work for your schedule and goals.

If you need a tutorial, let me know in the comment.

YouTube dropped a feature that I’m loving and podcasters, this is for you.

It’s called the Collaboration feature, and it’s perfect if you have podcast guests.

Here’s why it matters: you can officially collab with your guest’s channel, and both channels get credit when the video is published. That means more reach, engagement, and subscribers for everyone involved.

How to use it:
1. Upload your video as usual.
2. Go to “Add Collaborators” in the video details.
3. Enter your guest’s channel and send the invite.
4. Once accepted, YouTube links the video to both channels.

It’s a simple but powerful way to grow your podcast audience, connect with your guests, and make your content go further.

If your podcast has a long intro, this might be hurting your listener retention more than you realize.

Research on digital attention and listener behavior shows that people decide whether to stay or leave within the first 30 seconds.

When listeners press play, they’re not waiting for music, long welcomes, or explanations, they’re waiting for value.

High-performing podcasts understand this.

That’s why many of them:

- shorten their intros
- move the intro later in the episode
- or skip it entirely and start with a hook

Your intro isn’t the problem, it’s where it’s placed.

You can still introduce yourself, your show, and your branding.

Just do it after you’ve earned the listener’s attention.

Hook first.

Intro later.

Is livestreaming your podcast actually better, or not?

Whether you should livestream your podcast depends on your goals, your resources, and how you want to connect with your audience.

In 2025, live podcasting is considered a strategic edge for growth and community building.

But it comes with trade-offs.

Livestreaming works best if your goal is to:
- build a highly engaged, loyal community
- create real-time interaction through chat and feedback
- test content ideas and conversations live

But going live also means:
- technical issues happen in real time
- mistakes and awkward pauses can’t be edited out
- production becomes more complex
you may start with very few live viewers

That’s why many podcasters choose a hybrid approach.

They go live to connect with their audience, record the session, then edit the replay into a polished episode for their official podcast release.

If you’re a new podcaster, focus first on consistent, high-quality audio.

If you have the capacity and the right goals, livestreaming can accelerate engagement and growth.

Livestreaming isn’t required to succeed.

It’s a tool.

Use it when it fits your season.
