Akala ko school requirement lang… turns out, it was a 3-day feast I’ll never forget!

Huge thanks to NWU Culinary Arts – Batch 8 spearheaded by Chef Jackie Dela Cruz for inviting us to their 3-day Degustacion showcase. From sinigang consommé to Choux au Craqueline à la Fraise (yes, I practiced saying that! 😅), each plate was crafted with technique, passion, and a whole lot of heart.

So proud and honored to witness ilocano chefs-to-be rise to the occasion! Kudos as well to Northwestern University for truly supporting these future chefs on their journey through this culinary program. Parang gusto ko na rin mag-enroll! 🥹

Ilocano talent. Global potential.
