To my teammates, thank you for showing up every day, even when training was tough and motivation was low. Thank you for pushing through the pain, believing in the process, and helping each other become stronger, better, and more resilient. Every drop of sweat, every challenge, and every sacrifice was worth it because we faced them together.

To our friends from every gym we’ve had the privilege to train in. You have all played a part in helping us grow and improve.

To our families, thank you for being our silent strength. Thank you for your endless support, understanding, prayers, and belief in us. Even when the journey demanded so much of our time and energy, you never stopped cheering for us from the sidelines.

And to our head coach ma’am Estie Gay D Liwanen , thank you for your guidance, patience, and unwavering belief in this team. Thank you for seeing our potential even before we saw it ourselves. Your leadership, dedication, and commitment have made what once seemed impossible become possible.
