Let’s re-open the bag!

Three years ago, we showed you how to build your emergency go bag. Today, after witnessing one disaster after another, we're resharing this critical video.

You need to be ready always. Stop thinking "it won't happen to me" and start preparing today. Check your supplies and refresh your bag!

And to our LGUs: A small investment now saves lives later. Please initiate a program to provide at least one essential go bag per family. Let's make community readiness mandatory.

Not all heroes wear capes; some carry textbooks across rivers and mountains.

To the educators of our Last Mile Schools: you are the strongest foundation our students have. You overcome unimaginable odds - from hiking for hours to teaching without electricity - simply because you believe in the future waiting in that classroom.

Thank you for turning the "last mile" into the first step towards a better life.

👩🏻‍🏫To all dedicated teachers, Happy Teachers' Day!

The Journey to The Last Mile

On September 13, 2025, the team from C4 Kaagapay sa Pangarap Inc. embarked on a journey to the remote and underserved communities of Santa Maria, Laguna, to bring a day of joy and learning to the students of Pulong Mindanao Elementary School and Matalanting Elementary School. The outreach program was a testament to the organization's commitment to supporting "last mile schools" – educational institutions located in geographically isolated and disadvantaged areas (GIDA) that face significant resource gaps.

Pulong Mindanao Elementary School, in particular, highlights the immense challenges faced by students in these regions. The children of this school endure a one-hour walk to school and another hour to return home, navigating the terrain and crossing a river nine times on foot. With horses being the only mode of transportation, their daily commute is a testament to their dedication to education.

The day's program was filled with activities designed to inspire and delight the young attendees. A highlight was the captivating storytelling session, which transported the children to new worlds of imagination. This was followed by lively parlor games that sparked laughter and friendly competition. The event culminated in a gift-giving ceremony and a special snack time, ensuring every child left with a smile on their face and a gift in their hands.

C4 Kaagapay sa Pangarap Inc. extends its heartfelt gratitude to all those who made this meaningful event possible. Special thanks are given to the Department of Education Office of the Schools Division Superintendent - Laguna, headed by Dr. Editha M. Atendido, CESO V, for their invaluable support.

The organization also recognizes the dedicated staff of both schools: the teaching and non-teaching staff of DepEd Tayo Pulong Mindanao ES- Laguna, led by Principal Anacito "Jun" A. Sario, Jr., SPTA officers and members headed by President Christine P. Limbang, and Mrs. Julieta A. Cuenca from the Committee on Education. Appreciation is also extended to the DepEd Tayo Matalinting ES - Laguna’s teaching and non-teaching staff, headed by School Head Mr. Danilo De Torres.

Finally, a profound thank you to the generous donors and tireless volunteers whose contributions of time and resources were instrumental in bringing this dream to life for the children of Laguna. This event was a powerful reminder that with collective effort, no school is too far and no dream is out of reach.

We echo the sentiments of millions of Filipinos who are deeply concerned about the pervasive issue of corruption and the misallocation of public funds. The Trillion Peso March serves as a crucial platform for citizens to voice their legitimate grievances and demand accountability from those entrusted with the nation's resources.

At C4 Kaagapay sa Pangarap Inc., our mission has always been to uplift and empower our communities through sustainable development and genuine care. We believe that a government that is transparent, accountable, and free from corruption is fundamental to achieving the dreams and aspirations of every Filipino family. The squandering of public funds, particularly those intended for essential services like flood control, directly impacts the lives of the most vulnerable and hinders our collective progress.

𝗪𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝗺𝗹𝘆 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁. The spirit of EDSA is one of people power, driven by a collective yearning for a just and upright society. We believe that by coming together in a peaceful and organized manner, we can effectively convey our message and inspire meaningful change without resorting to violence or disruption.

C4 Kaagapay sa Pangarap Inc. calls on all Filipinos to join this important demonstration. Let us unite in demanding good governance, responsible stewardship of public funds, and a future where every peso contributes to the genuine progress and well-being of our nation. Together, we can be the kaagapay that guides our country towards a brighter tomorrow.

𝙆𝙪𝙢𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙖 𝙠𝙖?

Su***de is a critical public health issue, taking the lives of over 720,000 people each year. Every loss deeply impacts families, friends, workplaces, and entire communities, leaving lasting social, emotional, and economic effects around the globe.

The focus for World Su***de Prevention Day from 2024 to 2026 is “𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗡𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘂𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗱𝗲.” This theme encourages us to confront damaging myths, reduce stigma, and promote honest, compassionate conversations about su***de. It emphasizes moving away from silence and misunderstanding toward openness, empathy, and support, so people feel safe to reach out and ask for help.

Changing the narrative also means pushing for real systemic change. It involves making su***de prevention and mental health a priority in public policy, urging governments and organizations to act. This includes creating and applying evidence-based approaches, expanding access to quality care, and ensuring that anyone in distress gets the support they need.

KSP Studios created this poster in the most simple way possible, to highlight what is important: HELPLINES.

It's never too late to seek HELP.
It's not a weakness to ask for HELP.

And most importantly, It's never too late to OFFER HELP. Talk to your friends, colleagues, peers, and family members, and ask one simple question: "𝙆𝙪𝙢𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙖 𝙠𝙖?".

L.E.E. Scholars Quarterly Values Formation

Last August 17, 2025, the L.E.E. Program held its Quarterly Values Formation at Philam Village Headquarters. The session focused on mental health, values formation, and driving excellence in everything that they do.

It also served as a space for career guidance and personal reflection, allowing scholars to grow not just academically, but also in character and purpose.

The community extends its gratitude to its donors for making this meaningful gathering possible and to all scholars who actively participated. Truly, growth becomes more powerful when shared. 💙

Youth volunteers are currently gathered to prepare relief packs for families affected by Typhoon Crising in Las Piñas City. With massive help from donors, they assembled essentials like canned goods, noodles, snacks, clothes, and bottled water—carefully packed with compassion and urgency.

This initiative was led by LIYAB, in collaboration with C4 - Kaagapay sa Pangarap, showing once again that collective youth action can bring light into the lives of evacuees displaced by floods and winds.

With each item packed, we don’t just give supplies—we send strength, care, and the reminder that no one faces the storm alone.
