C4 Kaagapay sa Pangarap Goes to Romblon! (And we need your help)

Imagine walking three hours through rugged terrain just to reach your classroom. For the students of Layag Cultural Minority School in Sibuyan Island, Romblon, this isn't a hike; it’s their daily reality.

These resilient children belong to the Sibuyan Mangyan Taga Bukid (SMT) indigenous community. Despite their determination, they lack the most basic tools to succeed: no notebooks to write in, no hygiene kits to stay healthy, and very few learning materials to guide their dreams.

C4 Kaagapay sa Pangarap is heading to Romblon to bridge that gap, but we can't carry the weight alone. We are gathering school supplies, hygiene products, and hope to bring directly to their doorsteps.

Every peso and every pencil brings a smile closer to the summit. Let’s be the kaagapay (partner) they need to reach their dreams.

Thanksgiving, Community, and Cheer!

On December 7, 2025, the C4 Kaagapay sa Pangarap's League of Emboldened Erudites (LEE) Scholarship Program celebrated the end of the year with a meaningful event. It was a wonderful opportunity for our Scholars to enjoy some well-deserved fun with food, games, and gift-giving before the holiday break.

You need to be ready always. Stop thinking "it won't happen to me" and start preparing today. Check your supplies and refresh your bag!

And to our LGUs: A small investment now saves lives later. Please initiate a program to provide at least one essential go bag per family. Let's make community readiness mandatory.

The Journey to The Last Mile

On September 13, 2025, the team from C4 Kaagapay sa Pangarap Inc. embarked on a journey to the remote and underserved communities of Santa Maria, Laguna, to bring a day of joy and learning to the students of Pulong Mindanao Elementary School and Matalanting Elementary School. The outreach program was a testament to the organization's commitment to supporting "last mile schools" – educational institutions located in geographically isolated and disadvantaged areas (GIDA) that face significant resource gaps.

Pulong Mindanao Elementary School, in particular, highlights the immense challenges faced by students in these regions. The children of this school endure a one-hour walk to school and another hour to return home, navigating the terrain and crossing a river nine times on foot. With horses being the only mode of transportation, their daily commute is a testament to their dedication to education.

The day's program was filled with activities designed to inspire and delight the young attendees. A highlight was the captivating storytelling session, which transported the children to new worlds of imagination. This was followed by lively parlor games that sparked laughter and friendly competition. The event culminated in a gift-giving ceremony and a special snack time, ensuring every child left with a smile on their face and a gift in their hands.

C4 Kaagapay sa Pangarap Inc. extends its heartfelt gratitude to all those who made this meaningful event possible. Special thanks are given to the Department of Education Office of the Schools Division Superintendent - Laguna, headed by Dr. Editha M. Atendido, CESO V, for their invaluable support.

The organization also recognizes the dedicated staff of both schools: the teaching and non-teaching staff of DepEd Tayo Pulong Mindanao ES- Laguna, led by Principal Anacito "Jun" A. Sario, Jr., SPTA officers and members headed by President Christine P. Limbang, and Mrs. Julieta A. Cuenca from the Committee on Education. Appreciation is also extended to the DepEd Tayo Matalinting ES - Laguna’s teaching and non-teaching staff, headed by School Head Mr. Danilo De Torres.

Finally, a profound thank you to the generous donors and tireless volunteers whose contributions of time and resources were instrumental in bringing this dream to life for the children of Laguna. This event was a powerful reminder that with collective effort, no school is too far and no dream is out of reach.

𝙆𝙪𝙢𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙖 𝙠𝙖?

Su***de is a critical public health issue, taking the lives of over 720,000 people each year. Every loss deeply impacts families, friends, workplaces, and entire communities, leaving lasting social, emotional, and economic effects around the globe.

The focus for World Su***de Prevention Day from 2024 to 2026 is “𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗡𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘂𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗱𝗲.” This theme encourages us to confront damaging myths, reduce stigma, and promote honest, compassionate conversations about su***de. It emphasizes moving away from silence and misunderstanding toward openness, empathy, and support, so people feel safe to reach out and ask for help.

Changing the narrative also means pushing for real systemic change. It involves making su***de prevention and mental health a priority in public policy, urging governments and organizations to act. This includes creating and applying evidence-based approaches, expanding access to quality care, and ensuring that anyone in distress gets the support they need.

KSP Studios created this poster in the most simple way possible, to highlight what is important: HELPLINES.

It's never too late to seek HELP.
It's not a weakness to ask for HELP.

And most importantly, It's never too late to OFFER HELP. Talk to your friends, colleagues, peers, and family members, and ask one simple question: "𝙆𝙪𝙢𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙖 𝙠𝙖?".
