Who are powerful business women that made an impact on you?

“Hi, I’m Nelly Casinillo. I have experience in customer service and financial services from my time working with PayPal, where I handled customer concerns and ensured accurate financial processes. I also worked as a catechist and was promoted to Head Catechist, which helped me develop strong leadership and communication skills. In addition, I’m certified as an Executive Assistant and experienced in managing emails, calendars, and documents using Google Workspace. I’m passionate about providing excellent support, staying organized, and helping teams work more efficiently.”

“Some powerful business women who have inspired me are Oprah Winfrey, Sara Blakely, and Indra Nooyi. I admire Oprah Winfrey because she turned challenges into opportunities and built a global media brand while helping others grow. Sara Blakely inspires me because she started her company with a simple idea and strong determination, which reminds me that innovation and persistence can lead to success. I also respect Indra Nooyi for her strategic leadership and discipline in managing a global company. Their journeys motivate me to continuously improve my skills, stay resilient, and pursue opportunities where I can grow and make a positive impact.”
