"Do not lay hands on the man of integrity, And do not plunder his resting place." — Proverbs 24:15 NKJV

Reflection:
Your home, your heart, and your peace are sacred. God calls you to live with integrity, even when others try to disturb your rest with lies, accusations, or harsh words.

The wicked may plot, shout, or confront, but they cannot take what God has protected in you.

Choosing to forgive and pray, even when the attack continues, is not weakness—it is trusting God to defend you. Your resting place is protected by God, not by your own strength.

Meditation:
Today, guard your peace. If someone attacks, step away instead of retaliating.

Forgive freely, pray continually, and trust that God will uphold your integrity.

Remember: the righteous may be troubled, but God’s protection is sure.

Prayer:
"Lord, thank You for protecting my resting place—my home, my heart, and my peace. Even when others act harshly, help me to forgive, to pray, and to trust You completely. Let my integrity shine, and keep me safe in Your care. Amen."

Thought for the Day:
Living with integrity means your peace is sacred. Let God defend it while you walk uprightly.

"The wicked shall be a ransom for the righteous, and the unfaithful for the upright in heart." - Prov. 21:18

Sometimes life hits hard. Maybe your husband or wife betrayed your trust, a friend deceived you, or someone you relied on took advantage of you. It stings. It hurts. And you wonder, “Why is this happening to me?”

Here’s the hope: God can take even the wrongs of others and use them for your good. That pain, that heartbreak, that betrayal — it doesn’t go wasted. He can turn it into protection, guidance, or a lesson that draws you closer to Him. What feels like loss today may be a hidden blessing in God’s perfect plan.

🙏 Prayer:
Lord, in moments when I feel hurt, betrayed, or deceived, help me trust Your hand at work. Guard my heart from bitterness, strengthen my faith, and turn these trials into growth, wisdom, and closer intimacy with You. Amen.

There was a moment of solitude—quiet, heavy, and marked by tears.
In that stillness, a question rose from a wounded heart:

“Why am I in this stage of my life—alone?”

Loneliness felt like the hardest pain to carry.
And when pain hits, the heart needs more than answers—it needs love.

Not human reassurance.
Not temporary distractions.
But a reminder of God’s agape love, the kind of love that
does not change,
does not leave, and
does not fail.

In that moment, God spoke through His Word.
As the Bible was opened, this verse stood out—alive, personal, and timely.

It was God’s gentle way of saying: If I care for the sparrows, how much more will I take care of you?

No explanation was given for the season.
No promise of instant relief.
But something far greater was revealed—His love.

This is how God speaks to His people.

When we open Scripture in moments of pain, He meets us there.
He reminds us of who we are to Him.

When everything hurts, being reminded of His agape love changes everything.
Nothing compares to knowing you are deeply valued, fully seen, and completely held by God.

And so, even in uncertainty, trust begins to rise—not because circumstances improve, but because His love remains.

Contentment isn’t about having life figured out.
It’s about knowing you’re loved by God—right where you are.

Contentment starts when we stop fighting where we are and start trusting Who is with us.

Not because everything suddenly feels okay, but because we know we’re not doing life alone.

God knows what’s best for us—even when the season includes correction, separating from people whom we love dearly, or learning the hard way.

And somehow, in His sovereignty, He knows how to rescue and redeem what feels broken. Yeshua is our God of restoration.

📖 “I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content.” — Philippians 4:11 (NKJV)

🙏 Morning Prayer:
God, help me rest in Your love today.
When I fall short, remind me that You don’t leave—you lead me back.
Teach me to trust You in this season, even when I don’t understand it yet.
My future is safe with You. Amen.

✨ Start today anchored, not anxious. You are loved—and God is not done with you.

“Be still, and know that I am God.” (Psalm 46:10, NKJV)

Stress often comes from trying to control what was never ours to control.

As Pastor Rick Warren reminds us, serenity is found in surrender—when we let go and allow God to take the lead.

Our Newlife Pastor, Pastor Joey Rafael, once said:
“The problem is we often plan, then ask God to bless our plans—when it’s better to ask God for His plan, because His plan is already blessed.”

How true this is.

When we insist on our own plans, we carry the weight.
When we surrender and seek God’s plan, we receive His peace.

God can control the situations we cannot.
Our role is not to force outcomes, but to trust, obey, and rest.

This morning, let go and let God.
Serenity doesn’t come from control—it comes from surrender.

While sipping my usual after-breakfast green tea with mint, lightly sweetened with stevia and sprinkled with cinnamon, I couldn’t help but reflect…

How sweet is God’s faithfulness?

Like the gentle sweetness of stevia, His grace softens even the hardest parts of my heart. And just like a touch of cinnamon warms and strengthens each sip, His mercy strengthens me in my weakness and follows me even in my repentance.

As the Bible says:
"Where sin abounded, grace abounded much more." — Romans 5:20

Truly, His love is fresh every morning, invigorating like mint, sweet like stevia, and comforting like cinnamon. 💚

Sometimes God calls us out of places, relationships, or situations—and it hurts.

We miss what we’ve left behind, we wonder if we did the right thing, we long for what once was.

In Genesis 19:26, it says Lot’s wife ‘looked back’—the Hebrew word is וַתַּבֵּט (vatabet), meaning a lingering, intentional gaze.

She clung to S***m, to the sinful culture God had called her out of, and it cost her everything.

God called Abraham out of his family’s pagan ways so he could fulfill a purpose greater than himself. He obeyed, stepped forward in faith, and walked into the life God had prepared for him.

The truth is: God does not orchestrate leaving without a purpose.

What He removes from our lives is not to punish us, but to prepare us for something better. Looking back keeps us stuck; obedience opens the door to a life only He can give.

If you are hurting, missing someone, or wondering why things had to change—remember this: God’s plan is bigger than our pain.

Step forward in faith.
Trust Him.
Obey Him.
He is creating a life for you that your past could never hold.

𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐎𝐥𝐝 𝐁𝐞𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐝
What carried us through yesterday cannot hold what God is pouring today.

Let us release the worn, the heavy, the spent—and receive the new hope God is pouring into our lives.

Each day is a choice—for our body, our mind, our spirit—to make room for His new work.

This is a season to steward ourselves well:
𝐏𝐡𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 – caring for the body God entrusted to us: moving more, exercising, choosing nourishing and balanced meals, resting without guilt.

𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 – letting go of procrastination, renewing our thought patterns, choosing discipline over delay, peace over pressure.

𝐒𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 – returning to the secret place: daily devotion, unhurried time in the Word, prayer that is honest and consistent, not rushed or ritualistic.

New wine requires new wineskins.
New grace requires new habits.
New assignments require renewed strength.

“𝑵𝒐 𝒐𝒏𝒆 𝒑𝒖𝒕𝒔 𝒏𝒆𝒘 𝒘𝒊𝒏𝒆 𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒐 𝒐𝒍𝒅 𝒘𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒔; 𝒃𝒖𝒕 𝒏𝒆𝒘 𝒘𝒊𝒏𝒆 𝒎𝒖𝒔𝒕 𝒃𝒆 𝒑𝒖𝒕 𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒐 𝒏𝒆𝒘 𝒘𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒔.”
Luke 5:37–38 (NKJV)

And so this 2026, we don’t just set goals—we renew our vows to the Father.

PRAYER:
Father, help us leave behind what cannot contain Your new wine. Make us ready for all You are pouring this season.

Starting a new year can feel exciting—but if we’re honest, it can also feel a little scary.

Questions creep in.
What if things don’t work out?
What if this year is harder than the last?

Today, God reminds us of something simple and steady: He already knows the way forward.

Your future isn’t something you have to figure out all at once.
It’s something you walk into with Him.

𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐲:
📌When worry shows up, pause and say: “Lord, I trust You with what I cannot see.”
📌Focus on today’s step, not the whole year.
📌Choose one decision today that reflects hope instead of fear.

Resentment has a memory.
It keeps a record of every hurt, every disappointment, every prayer you felt was ignored.
But healing doesn’t live in replaying the pain—it lives in release.

Forgiveness does not mean the pain wasn’t real.
It does not mean what happened was okay.
It means you choose freedom over captivity, because God never intended your heart to live in chains.

Forgiveness is not optional.
It is a command from God—not to excuse others, but to free you.

Forgiveness is a decision.
A conscious choice to let go of hatred and resentment, to stop carrying what weighs down your soul, and to move forward without bitterness dictating your future.

Forgiveness is not forgetting.
You remember what was done.
You are aware of the wrong.
But you refuse to let it rule you.

You entrust justice to God, because “Vengeance is Mine, I will repay,” says the Lord (Romans 12:19, NKJV).

Forgiveness is also not restoring trust automatically. Trust is earned.
You can forgive fully and still keep wise boundaries.

Grace does not cancel wisdom.
Jesus calls us to forgive,
but He never calls us to stay where harm continues.

Forgiveness and boundaries can coexist.
Release the bitterness.
Protect what God is healing in you.
Lay down what has been heavy on your spirit.

“Let all bitterness, wrath, anger… be put away from you.”
— Ephesians 4:31 (NKJV)

You deserve a lighter heart.
And God is ready to restore what forgiveness makes room for. ✨

𝐋𝐞𝐭’𝐬 𝐛𝐞 𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥—𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟓 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐉𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐬’ 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡.

Historically, the date was already occupied by pagan winter celebrations, and the early Church chose to redirect the focus of that season toward Christ.

Pagan is pagan—we don’t dilute that fact.

𝐁𝐮𝐭 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞’𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭: true believers don't celebrate the pagan meaning; it proclaimed Jesus instead.

The focus shifted—from festivals centered on the sun, to the Son, the true Light of the world.

And why does His birth matter so much?
Because His birth was not just a “cute manger story.”
It was the beginning of redemption through suffering—a suffering He willingly chose.

Jesus is God.
He could have stayed on His throne.
He could have avoided hunger, rejection, betrayal, pain.
Yet He obeyed.
He took on flesh—knowing that flesh would later be slashed, torn, and beaten.

Kahit simpleng sugat lang, ang sakit na.
What more the scourging, the crown of thorns, the cross?
Still, He came.

That’s why when we celebrate His birth, we are also—whether we realize it or not—celebrating the cross and the resurrection.

𝐁𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐇𝐢𝐬 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡, 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨 𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐬.
𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐇𝐢𝐬 𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡, 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧—𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐧𝐨 𝐡𝐨𝐩𝐞.

So yes, December is definitely not His birth month.

But honestly… who cares?
What matters far more is this:
👉 He left His throne temporarily—for us.
👉 He chose obedience over comfort.
👉 He chose love over self-preservation.

And that can only mean one thing:
Jesus loves us—so, so much. 🤍

That’s the hope we celebrate.
Not a date—but a Savior.

Some seasons will test where your peace is anchored.

When gossip spreads, when narratives are twisted, when people who thrive on control or attention try to shake you—pause. Not every voice deserves a response. Not every accusation needs your defense.

God never asked you to manage people’s opinions.
He asked you to walk in obedience.

What others say cannot cancel what God has spoken over your life.
What they label you cannot override your calling.
What they try to destroy, God can still use for His purpose.
Stay focused on the destiny God has prepared for you.
Stay rooted in Christ.

Let Him be your vindication, your peace, and your direction.
When God’s approval matters most, peace follows.

📖 “For if I still pleased men, I would not be a servant of Christ.”
— Galatians 1:10 (NKJV)
