Most people fear moving in the wrong direction, so they don’t move at all.

Most people look for permission, instead of results.

I almost didn’t start my first business because I couldn’t decide between test prep, frozen yogurt, or a gym.

Now I build businesses for a living.

You don’t need to know where the cheese is. You just need to run from the cat.

Start with the thing that rewards you. Track where it leads.

Perfectionism is procrastination pretending to be productive. Let it go.

Keep moving. Make your next move better. Repeat.

Slaves worked every waking hour of their lives.

Most people today have complete freedom and still won’t work on their goals.

Most people don’t even know what their goals are.

I wasted years trying to find the “perfect” thing before I started anything at all.

Waiting for the right moment is worse than choosing the wrong path.

You don’t need perfect. You need motion.

Run from the cat. Run toward the cheese. Do both.

Pick something — anything — and pursue it relentlessly.

Direction matters more than precision.

Start with what you hate. Move toward what feels rewarding.

You’ll figure it out faster by trying than by waiting.

Ancient slaves worked every waking hour without quitting.

Most of us have total freedom—and still feel stuck.

People told me “work-life balance” matters more than anything...

I ignored them.

Now I work 100+ hours doing what I love.

I got there by:
- Avoiding what I hate
- Trying everything fast
- Following the rewards, not outcomes

I picked what made me feel good every day—not what looked good to others.

If you don’t know what your thing is, start anyway.

Perfectionism is procrastination in disguise.

You only find direction by moving.

Better to run from the cat, even if you’re not sure where the cheese is.

You'll figure it out faster once you’re in motion.

Most people have no idea what they want.

They stress over finding “the perfect path”… while doing nothing.

They wait for inspiration instead of using their dissatisfaction as fuel.

They overthink instead of starting.

I moved across the country without knowing my destination.

I hated my job, my city, and my life… so I left.

Frozen yogurt, test prep, gym—those were my startup ideas. None of them were perfect. But they were better than sitting still.

I didn’t know I loved business until I started doing it.

Now I work all the time—not because I have to, but because I want to.

Most people think it’s punishment. For me, it’s reward. I love the problem-solving, the strategy, the tiny wins. This is my cheese.

Don't aim for perfect. Aim for progress.

Directionally correct beats doing nothing.

You’ll never find the cheese if you’re afraid of the cat.

→ Motion beats sitting still
→ Rewards come from doing, not deciding

I almost started a frozen yogurt shop.

Then I considered test prep.

I ended up opening a gym—because I liked fitness more than I hated being broke.

I had no idea I liked business.

I found it through action, not analysis.

If you hate your job, your town, or your day—run in the opposite direction.

You don’t need clarity.

You need movement.

The cat behind you matters more than the cheese in front of you.
