I felt this was worth sharing because it reminded me why I started this journey in the first place.

To give you a little backstory, she’s from Europe and traveled solo last July to Albay. Knowing she’s okay now, and hearing her story again, made me realize something deeper… tour guiding was never just a job for me, it’s always been personal.

There were moments I became vulnerable too. I connected with her in ways I didn’t expect. Sometimes, people don’t need advice, they just need someone who will listen, without judgment. Someone who will simply be there, even if it’s a stranger.

One memory that stayed with me was when we were at Vera Falls. We were swimming while the rain poured so heavily, and she opened up about what led her to travel alone. It was such a raw, honest moment… one that moved me to tears.

This is one of the many reasons why I do this, not just to earn, but to make every adventure personal. Because I’m also a traveler, and I know how it feels to meet someone who makes your journey more meaningful. Those are the memories you carry with you forever.

To my future clients, I hope when our paths cross, it’s not because you’re broken, lost, or hurting… but because you’re out there choosing to explore, to connect, and to find joy in the world again. 💛

I don’t think I’ll ever forget how nostalgic Iloilo feels; the streets, the food, and the rich culture… parang bumabalik ka sa nakaraan.

I truly enjoyed this trip (halata naman, this is already my 19th content about Iloilo 😂💕).

Curious about the Brandy Museum? 🍷✨

Naabutan pa nga naming bukas ang Fundador Brandy Museum and it’s honestly such a cool experience, parang step back in time while learning the origin of Fundador ❤️👌

From the rich history of how brandy is crafted, vintage bottles on display, hanggang sa evolution of the brand through the years, sobrang interesting makita kung paano siya naging isa sa mga most recognized names in the industry today.

You’ll also see detailed exhibits about distillation, aging process, and the legacy behind one of the oldest brandy labels in the world.

My heart was extra excited kasi I used to promote liquor under the same company, The Bar & The CLVB, so seeing its roots and history hits different 🥹

📍Located in Iloilo City, this museum is definitely worth a visit if you’re into culture, history, or just something unique to explore!
