District 5 BSP Backyard Camping

Coastal Clean-Up and Community Service

A meaningful Backyard Camping activity filled with teamwork, discipline, and service. Our Scouts came together not only to enjoy the camping experience but also to help keep our coastal community clean.

Through simple acts of service, we teach our Scouts the true spirit of Scouting—helping others, caring for our environment, and serving our community.

Do a Good Turn Daily!

A campfire is one of the special moments in Scouting. It brings Scouts together to share stories, songs, laughter, and good memories.
It is not just about the fire. It is about friendship, teamwork, sharing, and being together as one Scout family.
The campfire also reminds us that the Scout Spirit should continue even when the fire is gone. We bring the lessons, memories, and friendship with us wherever we go.
The fire may go out, but the Scout Spirit stays in our hearts.

Back to Where It All Began

Good to be back at Villazar National High School, where I started my scouting journey. ❤️

It was truly meaningful to return to the place where my passion for Scouting began and to serve as a speaker on Scout Ideals during the VNHS Investiture and Backyard Camping.

From being a young Scout here to coming back as a speaker—what a beautiful journey it has been. 🙏

Thank you, Vilalzar NHS, for welcoming me back. May we continue to inspire the next generation of Scouts to know the ideals, live the ideals, and be an example to others.

Laging Handa!
