The patient’s chief complaint was severe pain on tooth #47. A panoramic radiograph revealed an impacted lower third molar (tooth #48), causing damage, pain, and infection on tooth #47. 🦷

📝 Treatment Plan:
•Surgical removal of tooth #47 due to damage and infection caused by impacted tooth #48.
•Surgical removal of tooth #48 to eliminate the source of pressure and prevent further complications.
•Prescribe analgesics and antibiotics as needed.
•Provide post-operative care instructions.
•Schedule follow-up in 7–10 days for review and/or suture removal.
