I only learned recently that you can conduct your own pap smear by getting the kit from your GP? Your doctor will give you the instructions with it. Once your finished, drop it off at your nearest pathology clinic. This is awesome 👏. No more awkward moments.

I sometimes get the feeling that I am judged whenever I do or don’t do something. 👀 Do you sometimes feel this way?

You know what? I am going to continue to be myself.

For too long, I allowed people to make me feel that I am not good enough or I am doing the wrong thing and what they’re doing is much better - the high and almighty. 🙄

I don’t need to justify my actions to anyone.

Blood test done. I was quoted for $320 AUD to check the antibodies but ended up getting it free under Medicare. Now, waiting for the results.

It’s hard to part with my precious blood when I‘m a recovering ❤️‍🩹 from low iron. My precioussss🤣😂..

Anyway, here are my Tips:

*Take responsibility of your immunisation card/history and keep it in a safe place - away from fire and storms/floods.
**When you get additional vaccine, ensure to update it.

It really helps especially if you’re applying for a visa / green card.

I went to see my doctor hoping to get a blood test and find out what anti-bodies I have… and eventually get a proof of vaccinations. Ingon si doc nga adto lang ka direcho sa hospital. Ni-tawag kos hospital - ingon sila kinahanglan ko ug referral gikan sa doctor. Balik na pud sa doctor ga-kuha sa referral. Pag-abot sa hospital, dili mao daw. Mora kog nalipong sa tuyok2 balik sa doctor ug sa hospital nga pa-bloodtestan 🏥.

Nabalaka jud ko aning medical exam nako pohon para sa visa oi. Nawala man gud ako vax proof tungod sa Yolanda. Unya ug kintahay pautrohon kog vaccine ani - hadlok kos mga side effects 😳😬.

I feel sometimes the world is here to do me good. I arrived at the gym last night and had the seated row machine as well as the lat pull down machine set-up just the way I’d use it. Maybe someone used the same things before me or I may be delusional that an angel is looking out for me. ❤️ Whatever it is, I am grateful.
