Ang Professional Driver's License Code na A,A1,B,B1,B2,C,D, BE & CE ay katubas noon sa Restriction Code na 1,2,3,7,8.

R1 - Code A & A1
R2 - Code B, B1 & B2
R3 - Code C & D
R7 - Code BE
R8 - Code CE

*Kung ikaw ay Holder ng Professional Driver's License na may Restriction Code na may A,A1 at wala kang Code B ay hindi ka pwede magmaneho ng mga sumusunod.
-->Dahil ang code B ay para sa mga Pribadong sasakyan na may timbang na hindi hihigit sa 5000GVW ay may upuang hindi lalagpas ng 8 katao. (SUV, Sedan, XUV)

🚗 Automatic Car Gear Modes – P R N D D3 D2 D1 Explained (Point Wise)
Automatic cars don’t need a clutch. You only control the brake and accelerator, and select the correct gear mode using the gear lever.

🔹 1. P (Park)
Locks the transmission

Use when car is completely stopped and parked

Always engage handbrake along with it

Car won't move even on slopes

🛑 Never shift to P while moving the car

🔹 2. R (Reverse)
Used for moving car backward

Always stop completely before switching to R

Use foot on brake while changing

🚫 Don’t shift to R while car is in motion

🔹 3. N (Neutral)
Disconnects engine from wheels

Use during long idle stops like traffic signals

Car can roll if handbrake is not applied

⚠️ Avoid driving in N on slopes — it’s unsafe

🔹 4. D (Drive)
Regular driving mode

Car will automatically change gears based on speed

Best for city and highway driving

Just press accelerator and brake – no clutch needed

✅ Smooth and fuel-efficient driving

🔹 5. D3 (Drive with 3 Gears)
Limits car to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd gears only

Useful for city driving, hilly areas, or overtaking

Gives better engine braking and power at lower speeds

🧠 Prevents gear from shifting to 4th or 5th

🔹 6. D2 (Drive with 2 Gears)
Car uses only 1st and 2nd gears

Ideal for steep uphill or downhill driving

Provides maximum torque and engine braking

🚗 Helps maintain slow, controlled speed on slopes

🔹 7. D1 or L (Low Gear)
Car stays in 1st gear only

Maximum engine braking

Use in very steep slopes, towing, or heavy load

⚠️ Not for regular driving – only for difficult terrain

P – Park
Function: Locks the transmission.

Use: Always select 'P' when parking the vehicle or starting the engine.

Note: The car won’t move, even on a slope.

R – Reverse
Function: Engages reverse gear.

Use: For moving the vehicle backward.

Tip: Always come to a complete stop before shifting into 'R'.

N – Neutral
Function: Disconnects engine from wheels.

Use: Used when idling, car washes, or towing.

Caution: Car can roll if on a slope — use the parking brake!

D – Drive
Function: Normal forward driving mode.

Use: Ideal for city, highway, or everyday driving.

Note: Transmission shifts gears automatically.

S – Sport / Drive (S)

Function: Holds lower gears longer for better performance.

Use: For better acceleration and engine braking.

Ideal for: Overtaking or sporty driving on winding roads.

L – Low Gear

Function: Limits the transmission to lower gears only.

Use: For extra power at low speeds or when going uphill/downhill.

Tip: Helps with engine braking during steep descents.

Release Button

Function: Allows the driver to shift out of 'P' or between gears.

Use: Must be pressed when switching gears (especially from P, R, or N).
