May sarili namang pag-iisip at hindi na mangmang sa mga ganyang kalakaran, kahit hindi mo paalalahanan alam naman nila kung sino ang nararapat.

Filipino photojournalist Noel Celis has won the prestigious Asia-Pacific regional award at the 2025 World Press Photo Awards for his powerful entry, “Four Storms, 12 Days.” His striking image, taken for the Associated Press, depicts Filipinos wading through floodwaters while carrying their belongings during the onslaught of four consecutive typhoons in late 2024.
