✨ A little throwback story I want to share…

I just wanted to share this conversation with one of my previous VAs — one of my pioneers when I was just testing the waters of outsourcing.

Back then, I had zero idea how a VA agency works.
No SOPs, no structure, no systems — just a simple goal:
👉 to help others find jobs,
👉 lessen my workload,
👉 and finally have a bit of work-life balance.

Because honestly, I was working around the clock with barely any sleep. 😅

I remember just posting a hiring post in a group (I can’t even recall which one anymore), and this girl caught my attention. We started working on a task-based setup, and she trusted me even when I didn’t have everything figured out yet.

To that VA — thank you. 💛
You taught me how to trust my team, and you were one of the reasons I kept going and eventually built my agency.

Now, I’m finally showing up more —
Sharing my little life stories, struggles, and small wins, hoping that someone out there might relate or feel inspired.

I know not everyone may want to see my posts, and that’s okay. But if even one person feels seen or motivated, that’s already worth it.

To those I’ve missed seeing or replying to these past months, I’m truly sorry. Life has been full and beautiful — being a breadwinner, a mom, a student, and an entrepreneur all at once. I’m still learning to balance it all, but I’m trying my best.

Because for me, this is what true success looks like —
✨ Inspiring others,
✨ Continuing my passion,
✨ And doing everything with heart.

Success doesn’t always show right away. It takes patience, consistency, and faith that your time will come — your own momentum.

Iba talaga yung comfort ng simpleng alaala na wala kang ibang iniisip kundi mag-aral at maglaro. 💭

Ngayon bilang magulang, ramdam ko na yung bigat at saya ng responsibility. Araw-araw na trabaho, diskarte, at sakripisyo para maibigay ang pangangailangan ng mga anak. 🫶 Pero kahit mahirap, sulit lahat dahil para sa kanila ito. 💕

✨ Sharing something that’s been a game-changer for me! ✨

As someone with PCOS, I used to struggle with irregular menstruation, sleepless nights from working the night shift, and always waking up drained no matter how much rest I got. 😔

Since trying this, I’ve noticed real improvements—I feel more balanced, energized, and able to juggle being a working mom and a student without burning out. 💪💖

Of course, every body is different—so make sure to consult your doctor first before taking this. 🩺💡

Because when your body feels good, you show up better in every role you play. 🌸

✨ As a working mom, I always think every time matters for my clients because every hour is paid. But the truth is, I can never bring back the moments when my kids still want to cuddle with me as little ones. 💛

I deleted the videos of this day because I’d lost hope I’d ever post it. Turns out I just needed time and courage to share.

This happened 2 years ago: signing the papers for my car. I was scared to post because I didn’t want it to come off as bragging. But today I choose pride and gratitude.

Little me started working early — tutoring at 15, fast food at 16, an office job at 17 while fighting to be accepted because I had my daughter to care for. After 18 I dove into call centers, and now I’ve been a virtual assistant for 8 years. Every late night, every “no,” every shift was for my family.

This is for anyone who’s quietly working toward a dream — keep going. ✨

Pero ang totoong paglaki ay hindi lang sa katawan — kundi sa mindset, sa business, at sa pangarap. 🌱

2022 ➡️ Solo Freelancer
2025 ➡️ Agency Owner 💼

Every season teaches us something:
👉 The freelancer season taught me resilience.
👉 The agency owner season taught me leadership.
👉 And the next season? Scaling — because dreams won’t grow unless you take bigger actions. 🚀

Grateful for the journey, excited for what’s next. 💪
