As an OBGYN, I know how BUSY life can get 💼🔥
Emergencies crop up, clinic days are unpredictable, and patients need you.
But while we pour our hearts into caring for others, do we care for ourselves?
The truth is… it’s easy to preach health, but hard to practice it.
Especially when your days are filled with deliveries, surgeries, and endless consults.
But here’s the thing: You can’t pour from an empty cup.
That’s why I prioritize my morning routine 🧘♀️💪.
It’s not just about exercise. It’s about giving myself the best chance to show up fully for my patients, my family, and myself.
30 minutes of movement (yoga, run, or just a brisk walk)
Mindful moments to breathe, plan, and set intentions
Gratitude practice to start the day with a full heart
Health is personal. Yours might be a morning jog, reading a book, or sipping coffee in silence.
The goal isn’t perfection — it’s intention.
So, how do you take care of you? 😊
What’s your non-negotiable self-care habit? 💛
Let’s inspire each other to be the best versions of ourselves… so we can keep caring for others with full hearts 💖
