A true power move is mastering the art of being lowkey. In a world where everyone feels the need to overshare, I find strength in my silence. No one truly knows what's happening in my life—where I am, who I'm with, or what my next move might be—unless I choose to reveal it. The beauty of this is that my life remains my own, untouched by outside noise or opinions. In this quiet space, I find peace, and in that peace, I find power.

I really do believe that the world will become a lot less cruel when people start to realize that failing at something does not mean you didn't do your best. That having more money than another does not make you the better person, that giving up on your dreams does not make you any less of a dreamer.

Some things just don't work out.

You can give it your best shot, you can love it with everything you got and still lose it all—that's just how life works. In the end, it all boils down to finding that something you can fail a thousand times on but still have the passion for. And passion is something you develop. What's important is even when life seems to deny you of the good things this world has to offer, for as long as you're here, you don't let it get the best of you.

📍6 TOXIC FILIPINO TRAITS‼️

Meron at merong maiinggit sayo.. Lahat ng gagawin mo meron at meron silang masasabi sayo. Baka nga kaibigan o kamag-anak mo pa. Kaya just do what makes you happy basta alam mo na wala kang inaapakan at inaagrabyadong iba.. Hanggat hindi ka nanghihingin sa kanila gawin mo lang ng gawin

An Old Farmer writes to his Son who is in Prison:
"Dear Son, this year I won't be able to plant Potatoes because I can't dig the field by myself, I know if you are here, you would have helped me".

The Son writes back,
"Dad don't even think of digging the field because that's where I buried all the money I stole."

The Police read the letter and the next Day the whole field was dugged up looking for the money but nothing was found.

The following Day the Son wrote again,
'Now plant your Potatoes dad, it's the best I can do from here.
'

You can imprison me, but you can never imprison my ideas.

THE SLUGGISH GIRL

A Short Moral Story.

A little girl was carrying a heavy bucket on her head. She walked very slowly and very calmly down the busy road. She minded her own business and focused on her destination.

Everyone wondered why she walked so slowly. The people behind her were going so fast that they passed her. The children returning from the stream with buckets on their heads had all passed her. Some of the children laughed and mocked her for being too slow. One of them said,

"Do you know what time it is, lazybones? You're so slow and sluggish! I wonder how long it will take before you reach your home."

However, the girl was apparently unconcerned about what the children said and she kept walking home. A short while later, two women saw her and started teasing her,

"Didn't your mother teach you the importance of hardwork? Just a small bucket of water, yet you move like a sloth. Why can't you walk just as fast as the other children who are also returning from the stream? Some of them carry buckets heavier than yours. You're so slow!"

Upon hearing that, the young girl remained silent and paid attention to her journey. However, she hadn't gone far when an old man stopped her and said hastily,

"Hey, hurry! Don't let those children walk faster than you. You all carry the same size of buckets. You should compete with them and make sure you get home before them. Be fast!"

The girl smiled faintly at the old man, but said nothing and kept on walking. The old man stood for a while, wondering what that odd behaviour could mean. Meanwhile, as the girl walked along the road, she kept hearing people talking and screaming at her,

"Run, run, run as fast as you can! The other children are far ahead of you. You don't want to let them reach home before you. Hurry up!"

But regardless of what people said, the young girl was indifferent to everyone and continued crawling along. Then, suddenly, an old woman approached her and asked in a calm tone,

"Young girl, why do you walk so slowly? Is your bucket of water that heavy? The other children are way ahead of you..."

The girl paused for a moment, then with a gentle smile on her face, she whispered surprisingly,

"What I carry on my head is not water. They are eggs, a bunch of eggs. I can't walk as fast as those children who are carrying water. The road is bad, although if they fall, their water spills, but if I fall, my eggs break. A bunch of eggs is worth more than a bucket of water. I can't compete with them because we do not carry the same load. That's how life is; we always feel the need to compete with another person without realizing that we carry different loads and we have different dreams and ambitions. Some paths are rather meant to be walked on slowly. Instead of playing to win, I'm playing not to lose. As long as I'll reach home with all my eggs intact, I don't care how many children are ahead of me."

MORAL LESSON: Don't compete with anyone. Just focus on your journey and keep moving. The load you carry is different from that of others.

The STARFISH, making a difference

I love the story of the starfish dying on the beach after a tropical storm...

A man was running along the shore tossing creatures back into the sea...
One by one...

When another person came along and asked...
“What’s the point?

There are thousands of starfish dying on the beach...
You can't make a difference..."
Then the man held up one starfish and replied...

“I'll make a difference to this one .”
I have found that with God's help...
I not only make a difference to that one...

But it makes me different to Let God work in and through me...
One situation at a time. ❤

Be a Blessing 2 Day!

WHEN PARENTS GET OLD ...
Let them grow old with the same love that they let you grow ...
Let them speak and tell repeated stories with the same patience and interest that they heard yours as a child ...
Let them overcome, like so many times when they let you win ...
Let them enjoy their friends just as they let you …
Let them enjoy the talks with their grandchildren, because they see you in them ...
Let them enjoy living among the objects that have accompanied them for a long time, because they suffer when they feel that you tear pieces of this life away ...
Let them be wrong, like so many times you have been wrong and they didn’t embarrass you by correcting you ...
LET THEM LIVE and try to make them happy the last stretch of the path they have left to go; give them your hand, just like they gave you their hand when you started your path! (“Honor your mother and father and your days shall be long upon the earth”.) - God
