RAISING AWARENESS
As new sellers, we never expected something like this to happen, especially since our previous customers have been trustworthy and honest. However, we feel it's important to share this experience to raise awareness.
A recent customer named Keizha Alexandra purchased an item from us and requested it be shipped via J&T, likely because she lives far from Batangas, somewhere in Ilocos. She was fully aware of the added price for the shipping fee when opting for delivery. However, after receiving the item, she failed to pay the shipping cost as promised. Despite her assurances, she eventually blocked us and cut off communication.
We want to remind everyone to be cautious when selling online and ensure that all payments are secured before proceeding with shipments to avoid similar issues.
