Congratulations to the Host District 3820 with its Inspiring and dedicated DRR Richard Punongbayan. Salute to the Program Chair DREE PJ Dondonilla, the Legazpi Clubs and United Committees💕 Great applause to DRRC Alpheus Sangalang for believing in Rotaract's worth and value and to MDIO Chair Francis Castil for your great support.😀😁

We have witnessed various organizations, Rotaract Clubs are different in terms of work ethics, their respect and care they genuinely express for one another. No wonder we have met other members who have outlived their younger years with Rotaract. 😎 Plus! the youthful vibes and dynamic energy that are naturally contagious in every club.🤩💃🕺

Congratulations Rotary & Rotaract Club of Lipa for being featured in the ROTARY MAGAZINE's NOV ISSUE (pages 45-47) led by Inspiring Pres Rolando del Rio with its project chair Dr. Mer De Castro supported by their fellow Rotarians, Rotaractors, SOS Village staff, volunteer doctors & nurses. One of the Best projects of RC Lipa, the LIBRENG LASER TULI Project with Children's party were professionally & perfectly covered by Starpic Photography (thanks a ton to Mr. Rotary Ian Cruz & Rotaractor Joven Oro Merilo). 483 boys were HAPPILY CIRCUMCISED in just 1 day.

HELP END POLIO!

District Fund Raising of Rotaract Clubs of RI District 3820

END Polio Raffle Ticket Mechanics

Proceeds from this raffle shallbe used to support the End Polio Campaign Project of the Rotary International and the Rotaract District Fund of RI District 3820 at 50% each of the total net.

Raffle Mechanics:
1. The raffle is open to all Rotaractors and Non-Rotaractors within and beyond RI District 3820.
2. No limit is set to the number of tickets that may be purchased by an individual.
3. The ticket costs Php 20.00 each.
4. A booklet will be distributed in each active club of RI District 3820.
Each booklet has a number of 110 tickets. One hundred (100) sold-tickets will be remitted by each club to the Rotaract District Committee (RDC), through District Finance Officer Ikay Lotino. Remaining (10) tickets will serve as an incentive for the club’s effort in selling the booklet.
5. Tickets should be accomplished with the complete name and contact details of the participating individual.
6. Awarded prizes are transferable but non-refundable.
7. A booklet is considered sold once turned over to the club. Whether fully sold or not, the club is obliged to remit the total cost of a booklet amounting to Two Thousand Pesos only (worth Php 2,000).
8. Collection of remittance is scheduled on November 24, 2018 via bank deposit.
9. All winners shall be selected via raffle draw on December 1, 2018. This will be live-streamed through the Facebook official page “Rotaract Clubs of District 3820 Philippines.”
10. All winners shall be notified by a call through the contact details provided in the purchased ticket.
11. In case the declared winner failed to respond within 3 days of notification, the prize shall be automatically forfeited. A new winner will be drawn by RDC.
12. A winner can only be drawn once. If drawn more than once, he/she shall be automatically awarded the prize of the highest value.

The prizes are as follows:
• 1 winner of PROCON Registration + Pocket Money worth 3,000 or Php 5,000 cash
• 2 winners of PROCON Registration or Php 3,000 cash
• 3 winners of 50% PROCON Registration or Php 1,500 cash
• 10 winners of Consolation Prize worth Php500

Two (2) clubs with the highest amount of sold tickets will be rewarded with
Php 5,000 cash to support a project of their interest. — with Richard Punongbayan and 11 others.
