SUMMARY OF THE STORY PART 1.
Bea, a hardworking events coordinator from Manila, meets Alejandro, a successful architect from England, during a work event in Cebu. They develop a close connection despite their differences and distance. Alejandro gradually expresses his feelings for Bea and asks for her permission to court her. Bea, though hesitant, agrees to take things slow.
As their relationship deepens over months of communication, Alejandro expresses his desire to meet Bea’s family in her province. Bea agrees, but she warns him about her family’s traditional nature and potential challenges.
Upon arriving in the province, Alejandro meets Bea’s hardworking and close-knit family, including her strict but loving father, Linda, her resourceful mother, and her siblings. Despite the initial nervousness, Alejandro wins their hearts with his sincerity and respectful demeanor. He also bonds with Bea’s family, including showing admiration for her sister Alex, who’s raising a child on her own, and supporting her brother Quin, who’s studying to be a doctor.
The trip strengthens Bea and Alejandro’s relationship, as Alejandro proves his seriousness and effort to be part of Bea’s life. The story highlights love, family, and overcoming differences to build a deeper connection.
