Katulad ng proseso sa pagluluto, may mahahalagang kasangkapan din na kinakailangan pagdating sa pagtatanim. Ilan na rito ang punla, sinag ng araw, lupa, tubig, pataba, at higit sa lahat — 𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙢𝙜𝙖 𝙢𝙖𝙜𝙨𝙖𝙨𝙖𝙠𝙖. 🧑🏽‍🌾🍅

𝗠𝗮𝗴𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗺 𝗮𝘆 𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶 𝗯𝗶𝗿𝗼. Iyan ang katotohanan at realidad ng magsasakang Pilipino lalo na’t bukod sa pisikal na pakikipagsapalaran sa putikan at arawan, mabigat na hamon dulot ng kakulangan sa suporta at hindi maayos na sistema ang kanilang pasan. Bagama’t ganito ang kalagayan, walang palya ang sipag ng ating mga magsasaka matiyak lamang na may laman ang plato at baso sa ating hapagkainan. 🍃

Hindi lamang sana ngayon ngunit tuloy-tuloy nating ipagdiwang at bigyang-pugay ang serbisyo ng magsasakang Pilipino. Marapa’t na bitbitin din natin ang mga kasangkapan na pagtindig, pagboses, at pagsuporta sa kanila para sa gayon ay pare-parehas nating malasap ang tamis ng ani nila. ✊🏽✨

Just like our fascinating insects, leadership needs to continuously molt in order to grow and evolve. Moreover, the leaders we need are not just to simply lead, but as a catalyst for change. These incoming officers are the perfect bunch to write our fruitful chapter.
