Representing Pampanga State UniversityโLubao Campus (PLC), Junabelle Llroag secured the 2nd Runner-Up title after delivering an emotional rendition of โTatsulok,โ earning applause from the audience and recognition from the judges held at Institute of Physical Education (IPE) Court, May 14.
When asked about her preparation leading up to the competition, Llroag shared, โit was not easy because it required a lot of time, effort, and discipline,โ adding that she consistently practiced, prepared herself mentally and physically, and stayed focused and prayerful throughout the journey.
Llroag admitted that she felt nervous during her performance but was also excited and happy because she was able to showcase her talent and represent the campus.
She further expressed that being announced as 2nd Runner-Up made her feel overwhelmed with happiness and gratitude, especially since she did not expect the recognition and felt proud that all of her hard work and preparations paid off.
โThis achievement means a lot to me as a performer because it is not just a simple award, but also a symbol of all the sacrifices, hard work, and effort I invested in this competition,โ Llroag stated, adding that the experience strengthened her confidence and inspired her to continue improving her talent even more.
She also expressed gratitude to the people who trusted, supported, and assisted her throughout the journey, especially the Student Council and everyone who guided and helped her along the way, emphasizing that their encouragement and motivation played a big part in making her performance successful.
โI hope this achievement will also inspire others to believe in themselves and never be afraid to showcase their abilities,โ she added, while sharing that the recognition is also a great honor for the campus as it reflects the talent, dedication, and potential of PLC students.
Her performance showcased strong emotion, vocal control, and confidence on stage, making her one of the standout performers throughout the competition.
