Dear Me,

I know you’ve been trying your best, even on the days when it doesn’t feel enough. Life hasn’t always been easy, but look at you — still showing up, still learning, still loving, still hoping. That alone is something to be proud of.

Thank you for surviving the moments you thought would break you. Thank you for being kind even when your own heart felt heavy. Thank you for continuing to dream despite the disappointments.

I hope you never forget how far you’ve already come. The small wins matter. The quiet progress matters. The healing matters. Even resting matters.

There will be days when you doubt yourself, compare yourself, or feel left behind. But remember: your journey is not meant to look like everyone else’s. Growth takes time, and so do beautiful things.

Please keep choosing yourself. Protect your peace. Celebrate your little victories. Laugh loudly. Take pictures. Try again. Cry if you need to. Rest if you must. But don’t give up on yourself.
