There were days I’d look in the mirror and barely recognize the woman staring back. My body changed. My routine changed. My world started to revolve around tiny humans who need me every second. And somewhere in between the diaper changes, sleepless nights, and constant mom/ wife duties… I felt like I disappeared.

Becoming a twin mom is the biggest blessing — but it also came with the silent struggle of losing parts of who I was before. The carefree girl, the confident woman, the one who had time to dream, dress up, or even just rest.

But lately, I’m learning something important:
I’m not lost. I’m still here.
Just buried under layers of love, exhaustion, growth, and purpose.

This version of me may look different, feel different… but she’s strong. She’s doing her best. And she deserves to be seen too. 💛

To all the mamas out there who feel like they’ve faded into the background — I see you. You’re not alone. We’re slowly finding our way back. One deep breath at a time. 💖🫶🏽
