Binatikos ni Defense Lead Counsel Atty. Sheila Sison si Private Prosecutor Atty. Amando Virgil Ligutan dahil sa social media post nito na tila nagpapatutsada kay Defense Counsel Atty. Kristine Ferrer na nanguna sa pag-cross examine sa testigong si COA-ICFAO state auditor Xylene Mae del Campo.
Iginiit ni Atty. Sison na hindi angkop at lumalabag sa tamang decorum ng korte ang ginawang pagpuna ni Ligutan sa nasabi ni Ferrer sa kalagitnaan ng paglilitis.
