"My Feelings Journal"
-This is the most precious thing I have ever bought for myself.
-Journaling is a powerful tool for emotion management and self-exploration.
-It’s the only way I can express my emotions, especially when I can’t control myself from crying, it’s my way of releasing negative emotions and calming down naturally.
-A clever way to express emotions
I remember once I read the other pages of this journal and thought, oh my god, did I really write this? I don't think I can share this,
So I'm not sure if I can share all the emotions written in these pages, but I was amazed by it all
-Exploring your inner world with a journal has been shown to help reduce anxiety, regulate your emotions, and increase your sense of well-being.
-The Feeling Journal has helped thousands of people accurately identify and process their emotions, gain insight into their thought patterns and triggers, and transform their lives - and now you can do the same.
-It brings all the psychology ideas together to make exploring our emotions fun and approachable.
(Embracing Reflective Practice)
-It helps you learn from your mistakes.
-This reflective practice allows you to understand your strengths, recognize your weaknesses, and identify areas for improvement.
-Self-reflection is a skill that can help you understand yourself better. Self-reflection involves spending time with yourself and intentionally focusing your attention inward to examine your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and motivations.
-As I delved deeper into my feelings,
I discovered that more painful feelings can sometimes hold us back. This is how I understood my feelings.
-This is how I practice reflection when I want to learn more and learn to reflect on my past experiences- Making my hands swell and was surprised at how many pages of notes I write.
-No time to make my handwriting beautiful because I write too fast, I don't want to miss any words to express my emotions because
I start to express my understanding of difficult situations with precise words,
good and bad emotions then It stops me from crying, being surprised and smiling at the same time.
-Looking back at past experiences, I was moved to tears, I looked at them thoughtfully and finally found answers and patterns in our behaviors, thoughts and emotions, towards ourselves and others,
-We are first aware of it, but due to lack of confidence and self-doubt,
we often ignore our beliefs and feelings-
-That’s when you realize what valuable lessons we learned from our mistakes that can help us make the right decisions and actions in the future.
-It reminds us how far we have come and how -many obstacles we have overcome, and it allows us to learn from the past and understand ourselves better,
-It allows us to learn and begin to forgive and accept ourselves for past mistakes and choices we made, Understanding that we are not perfect, but willing to learn and there is something more special in you than you think,
-Instead of choosing to always hold on to bad thoughts, get stuck in regrets about something, that has happened and cant change it, but take the time to reflect and embrace the growth and wisdom that comes with it.
