Today, what started as a small digital release has reached readers across Asia, North America, and Europe — and is now available worldwide through Amazon.

And now, we’re approaching 200 copies.

I’ve been meaning to share this here.

A few months ago, I released my first book, “If I Said This Back Then.”

And even publishing it as an eBook took me a while.

I had a lot of back-and-forth with myself.

You know when the overthinking kicks in?

“Should I really put this out there?”
“Is this too personal?”
“Is this too heavy?”
“Am I ready for people to read this side of me?”

Because truthfully, it was TOO personal.

But somewhere underneath all that hesitation, I knew this:

If these words could help even one person feel seen, understood, or less alone in what they are carrying, then maybe they were worth releasing.

So I published it.
Carefully.
Nervously.
But with hope.

The plan was simple:
Just an eBook.
No physical copies.
No big launch.
No hundreds of books in mind.

Producing a physical book independently is not easy. I did not have a publishing partner behind me, and larger-scale publishing usually means committing to a much bigger print run than I was ready for.

So I told myself:
Start with what you can manage.

Let the words exist first.

Then people asked,

“Will there be a physical copy?”

One request became two.
Two became six.
Then twelve.
Twenty-seven.
Forty-nine.

Until I slowly realized that the book was becoming bigger than the fear I had when I first released it.

That still feels surreal.

Because behind every copy is a person who chose to spend time with words that once existed only inside me.

“If I Said This Back Then” is about pain, forgiveness, healing, and the things we carry quietly for far too long.

It is not a book that promises to fix anyone.

It was never written as a step-by-step guide on how to heal.

I wrote it hoping it could simply sit beside someone while they make sense of their own story.

To remind someone that forgiveness does not mean it did not hurt.

And that healing does not always happen loudly, quickly, or all at once.

So approaching 200 copies feels like more than a sales milestone to me.

Because this book almost remained a digital file.

Something personal that I was hesitant to let people read eventually became something people themselves asked to hold in their hands.

Still surreal.
Still grateful.
Still taking it one reader at a time. 🧡

“If I Said This Back Then”
The words I never said — and the healing I found after.

You know what's beautiful about God? ✨

Alam Niya yung condition mo.
Alam Niya yung struggles na dinadaanan mo.
Alam Niya yung mga battles mo.
Alam Niya yung "pain" na nararamdaman mo.

Even before you say a word, He knows every little thing about you BUT God is also the God who listens carefully. His Lordship doesn't stop in just hearing your prayer l because He is the same God who answers it. 🙌

Let His "Yes" be Yes and His "NO" be No, kase hindi naman talaga laging "oo" ang isasagot sa'yo.

If He’s seeing the need to train you, He will do it.
If He’s making you wait, be ready for what He has prepared for you. 🌸

He has to EQUIP you so you know actually how to handle your breakthrough!

SiLord ang magdecide who's gonna be your lifetime partner.

We always seek for an answer but most times we are not ready to accept any of it OR we simply don't want the answer to it.

Whatever will be His response to your prayers right now, Nawa'y ihanda Niya ang puso mo Sakanyang tugon sa bawat panalangin mo.

Why do I have to forgive when I wasn’t the one who caused the damage?”

“What if they never apologize?”

“What if forgiving feels like letting them get away with it?”

For people who have been hurt deeply, forgiveness can feel unfair.

And no—this book will not ask you to forget what happened.

It will not minimize the damage.

And it will not tell you to give them access to your life again.

It sits with the anger.

The triggers.

The questions.

And the long, private space between the wound and the release.

Because healing is not always clean, polished, or camera-ready.

Sometimes, it looks like someone trying to keep going while carrying things no one else can see.

Forgiveness is not saying they deserved it.

It is deciding that what they did will no longer keep taking your peace, your energy, and the rest of your life.

Not for them. For you.

If I Said This Back Then may not give you a shortcut.

But it may help you understand why it still hurts—and what it could look like to stop carrying it alone. 🧡

When was the last time you had a conversation with God?

Notice I didn’t say talk.

I said converse.

Because a conversation goes both ways.

Maybe you’ve been praying for…

A new job.

A new opportunity.

Healing.

Restoration.

Financial freedom.

A breakthrough.

And you’ve been pouring your heart out to God.

But here’s the question…

When was the last time you paused long enough to listen?

The God I know isn’t a half-hearted God.

He doesn’t ignore His children.

When you pray, He responds.

Maybe not always in the way you expected.

Maybe not always in the timing you wanted.

But He speaks.

Sometimes through people.

Sometimes through circumstances.

Sometimes through a door He closes.

Sometimes through a door He opens.

Sometimes through the quiet conviction in your heart.

And MILLIOOOOON TIMESSSSSS…

through His Word.

When was the last time you opened your Bible?

Not because you had to.

Not because it was part of your routine.

But because you genuinely wanted to hear what God wanted to say to you.

We often ask God to speak.

Yet the very pages where He has already spoken…

remain unopened.

Maybe the answer you’ve been praying for…

is waiting on the page you’ve been skipping.

Before asking God for another sign,

Do what He already told you to do.

Maybe today, it’s simply about opening your Bible…

…and picking up where your last conversation with God left off.

And if, along the way, you need a book that quietly walks alongside your journey — “If I Said This Back Then” was written for times
like these. 🤍✨

Kaya minsan, kapag mabilis kang magalit…

Kapag bigla kang nananahimik…

Baka masyado akong makulit.

A mother who can apologize.

A mother who can ask for help.

A mother who is willing to understand the wounds she never chose—so I do not grow up carrying them as mine.

Because children can love their parents deeply and still be affected by what their parents have not healed.

What happened to you does not have to happen through you.

Sometimes, healing is how you give your child a safer story to carry. 🧡

If you wanna explore the conversation around this,

If I Said This Back Then is available in eBook and physical copy.
