Happy hormones ❤️
Remember the movie "Legally Blonde" where Elle (Reese Witherspoon) has a client who's a famous fitness instructor that's been accused of killing her husband?
She has an alibi, but she can't use it because it will destroy her client's reputation (the alibi was that the client was getting liposuction when the husband was killed, lol 😂).
So Elle has to find another argument to make the case.
There's a scene where she suddenly realizes it's impossible for her client to have killed her husband because the client is a fitness instructor...
💡 In a light bulb moment, she exclaims...
"Exercise gives you endorphins. Endorphins make you happy. Happy people just don't kill their husbands!"
Makes sense to me! 😜
Point is, exercise is so much more than looking a certain way.
It's also how you can FEEL a certain way. 👍
Your body gets flooded with feel-good hormones when you workout. 😄
That's why you feel more energetic and happy, more of the time.
(And you'll sleep better too -- I know good sleep helps my happiness!) 😴
It changes you. And others pick up on this energy easily and start to magnetize toward you. 🧲
It can lead to all sorts of good things not just in health, but in life. 🌱
(And you're *probably* less likely to kill your husband. So there's that!)
