UPDATE: Ang mga sasakyang exempted sa gagawing dry-run para sa Odd-even scheme sa June 16, 2025 ayon sa MMDA Traffic Engineering Center ay ang mga sumusunod:

👉 Electric Vehicles (EVs), Plug-in Hybrids, and Hybrids na recognized ng Department of Energy sa ilalim ng Electric Vehicle Industry Development Act (EVIDA).
👉 Motorcycles and non-motorized vehicles
👉 Emergency vehicles, tulad ng ambulances, fire trucks, at police mobile units
👉 Public Utility Vehicles, tulad ng city buses, jeepneys, at taxis.
👉 Transport Network Vehicles (TNVs) na nag-o-operate sa ilalim ng accredited ride-hailing platforms.
👉 Authorized marked government vehicles na may official plates at ginagamit para sa essential services.

Ang mga sasakyan naman na tatawid ng EDSA sa pamamagitan ng intersection ay exempted sa Odd-Even Scheme.

TIGNAN: Simula June 16, 2025 magsasagawa ng dry run ang MMDA para sa Odd-even scheme, sa EDSA lamang ito ipatutupad.

Hindi pa mag-i-isyu ng ticket at hindi papatawan ng multa ang mga motoristang lalabag sa polisiyang ito sa loob ng isang buwan bilang bahagi ng information drive.

In line with the instruction of President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos, Jr. to promote road safety, the Land Transportation Office (LTO) has summoned a popular motorcycle vlogger over a road rage incident in Zambales, the video of it went viral on social media.

LTO Chief, Assistant Secretary Atty. Vigor D. Mendoza II said Yanna Moto Vlog will be asked to explain why her driver’s license should not be suspended or revoked for being an improper person to operate a motor vehicle for allegedly instigating a road rage.

“Matagal na tayong nagpapaliwanag sa milyon-milyong nating mga kababayang motorista na walang mabuting idinudulot ang init ng ulo sa kalsada—at napakarami na ang naparusahan natin dito,” said Asec Mendoza.

“On the part of this vlogger, she should have used her social media influence to promote responsible driving and road safety,” he added.

Based on the viral video monitored by the LTO Social Media Team, Yanna Vlog showed a middle finger gesture on the driver of a pick-up truck over her claim that the latter was driving recklessly.

Later, she was confronted by the pick-up driver to ask why she had to make such a gesture as he also explained that normal driving is not possible on rough roads.

Yanna Vlog, however, continued to argue with the pick-up driver and even made insulting comments when the latter had already left.

Department of Transportation Secretary Vince Dizon earlier vowed that the government will fight back against reckless and irresponsible drivers to ensure safety of all road users amid increasing cases of accidents and road rage.

While Yanna Vlog already apologized after being bashed on social media, Asec Mendoza said the investigation will be pursued. #
