Help We Started A Podcast

Help We Started A Podcast One grumpy judge who questions everything. One giddy coach who believes in second chances. Two voices. Zero filters. Too many feelings.

Together, they turn love, life, and red flags into a podcast full of bad advice, worse opinions, and maybe a little growth. 🎙️ Tune in for the chaos. We had one mic, too much chismis, and zero plans—so we hit record. Now we’re out here giving unsolicited advice, oversharing by accident, and surviving situationships like it’s a sport. Come for the laughs, stay for the emotional damage. New episodes

weekly (unless we ghost you).

"Baka hindi pa para sa akin." 🙄 Are you sure? Or are you just waiting for an opportunity that doesn't require you to be uncomfortable? We talk a lot about "meant to be," but we rarely talk about the work required to actually be there. Stop watching the bus leave and start hopping on. 🚌💨

"Lord, paki-delete na po yung feelings ko para sa kanya." 🗑️

We’ve all been there—praying for emotional anesthesia because the reality of "not now" is too much to handle. But what if the goal isn't to stop feeling, but to start growing? What if the distance between you and that person is actually a workshop for your soul? 🛠️
In today's episode, we're talking about the shift from asking for subtraction to asking for preparation. Let’s stop trying to force the ending and start focusing on the version of ourselves that’s actually ready for the sequel. 🎧

Listen to the latest episode of "Help! We Started a Podcast!" and let’s talk about why "not yet" might be the biggest blessing you haven't realized yet.

"I’m entering my Villain Era" is a great lie we tell ourselves until someone we’re 'mad' at posts a sad story and our inner Tito/Tita immediately wants to ask, "Hala, okay ka lang?" 😅

Why is it so hard for some of us to stay cold? Why do we always find our way back to being talkative, caring, and—dare I say—kind? Is it "never learning," or is it just who we are? Let's talk about why your softness is actually your greatest strength. 👇

Ever feel like you’re just… in between things?

Not failing. Not winning. Just somewhere in the middle where nothing really makes sense yet.

This episode is about that space most people don’t talk about—the “empty sky” moments when the plan disappears and you’re left with yourself.

We’re stripping away the productivity noise, the aesthetic healing, the pressure to always “figure it out,” and sitting with something more honest:

Maybe being lost isn’t a problem to fix. Maybe it’s just movement you haven’t understood yet.

If your life feels like a messy collection of “what am I even doing here” moments, you’re not the only one.

Let’s make sense of the confusion together—or at least stop pretending we’re the only ones in it.

Are you the “easygoing” friend… or just the one who never learned how to say no without feeling guilty?

This week, we’re talking about the hidden cost of being “accessible”—the kind of person people always assume is available, flexible, understanding… kahit pagod ka na pala.

We don’t even realize it most of the time. We call it pagiging mabait. Being “low maintenance.” Being “madaling kasama.”

But sometimes what we’re really doing is treating our own boundaries like suggestions—written in pencil, ready to be erased the moment someone else needs something.

And instead of asking why people keep crossing the line, we’re asking a more uncomfortable question:

When did we learn that letting them cross it was the “right” thing to do?

From the “Good Kid” conditioning to the softer but just as heavy pressure of pakikisama, this episode is basically an audit of all the permission slips we’ve been handing out without reading the fine print.

Because at some point, “being easy to reach” starts to mean “never being left alone with your own needs.”

Ever feel like your brain just… crashes right when you need it the most?

Like you open a task and suddenly—nothing loads. Blank screen. Buffering. Parang may “system error” ka na hindi mo ma-debug.

In this episode, we’re talking about that exact feeling—the mental Blue Screen of Death we all pretend isn’t happening. Why our attention spans feel wrecked, why hustle culture keeps gaslighting us into thinking it’s a discipline issue, and why sometimes your brain isn’t “failing”… it’s just refusing to be overworked.

Maybe the problem isn’t that you’re distracted. Maybe you’re just tired of forcing yourself to function like a machine.

So if your mind’s been foggy, inconsistent, or straight-up uncooperative lately—this one’s for you.

Grab your iced coffee. Clock out mentally. Join the quiet rebellion.

Is it just me, or has the "Candle Profile Picture" become the digital version of an "Out of Office" reply for our emotions? 🕯️💻

We spend our whole lives curating the perfect "grid," but the second things get real, we retreat into the most generic ClipArt available.

In this episode of "Help! We Started a Podcast!", we’re auditing the Digital Graveyard and asking: When the Wi-Fi stays on but you don’t, what story does your wreckage actually tell?
Are you building a legacy, or just feeding a server farm? Let’s talk about it. Sa totoo lang, kailangan ba talaga ng resibo ng pagdadalamhati?

We’ve all heard it: "You're a good person, someone will appreciate you someday." 🙄

It’s the ultimate participation trophy of human interaction. But let’s be real—having a "big heart" in this economy of "low maintenance" and "no strings attached" feels less like a superpower and more like a burden.

Here’s the truth: Being a "good person" is a high-level skill set, but not everyone has the tools to appreciate it.

Think of yourself as a professional DSLR camera. You’re built for depth, detail, and light. You’re top-tier. But if someone just wants a quick, grainy selfie for a burner account, they’re going to find you "too heavy" and "too much work." 📸

Does that make the DSLR less valuable? Of course not. It just means the user didn’t have the requirement for that level of quality.

Stop shrinking your heart to fit into someone else’s small life. You aren't "too much"—they just don’t have the arm strength to hold what you’re offering.
