Hi Team,
Just to provide some clarification regarding the timing of the announcements for the Dressdown and Food Pass.
These activities were actually included in the Calendar of Activities and requested a month in advance. However, prior to making any announcement, we still need to ensure that the necessary approvals, permits, and alignment with the concerned teams and Building Administration have been properly secured. This is to make sure that the activities are implemented accordingly and to avoid any potential concerns or callouts from Building Administration.
The intention is not to delay or withhold announcements, but rather to make sure that everything is properly aligned and approved before communicating it to everyone.
For the Food Pass, kindly note that this remains subject to proper CLAYGO practice. If CLAYGO is not observed, the Food Pass may be revoked.
For the Dressdown, we would also like to kindly remind everyone that while we are allowed to dress down, the existing workplace dress code still applies. Please ensure that attire remains appropriate for the workplace. Items such as micro shorts, overly revealing shirts/tops, or similar attire should be avoided. We also ask everyone to bring and wear proper shoes within the company/building premises and avoid wearing slippers in the workplace.
We appreciate everyone’s understanding and cooperation. These guidelines are in place to ensure that we can continue having activities while remaining properly aligned with company and building requirements.
