📚 Qualifications:
Senior High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate
Minimum of 3 months relevant teaching experience (online or offline)
Reliable teaching device (desktop or laptop with sufficient specifications)
Stable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)
Backup power supply (minimum of 4 hours)

🕒 Teaching Schedules:
Full-Time Teachers (Priority Hiring):
Primary learners: Children, with opportunities to teach adult students
Weekdays: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Weekends (choose one):
Option A: Saturday or Sunday, 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Option B: Saturday and Sunday, 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Part-Time Teachers (Currently not prioritized):
Mixed classes (children and adults)
Flexible schedule between 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Minimum of 5 teaching hours per day, 6 days per week

🪜 Recruitment Process:
1. Initial Screening – Complete our application form for eligibility
2. Training – 1-day training and orientation
3. Probationary Period – 15 days of supervised teaching

💰 Compensation Package:
₱80.00 per 25-minute class
₱160.00 per 50-minute class
Performance Bonus: 5%–20% bonus for every 15 regular classes with the same student — earn up to ₱96.00 per 25-minute class!
Salary release: Twice monthly (15th and 30th) via GCash or AUB
Salary cycles:
11th–25th
26th–10th of the following month
