How to build your biceps:

Aside from doing progressive overload to build your biceps, there may be something else you’re missing to optimize your biceps gains and that is your elbow positioning.

Work your biceps from different elbow positions to maximize your muscle growth.

1. Behind your body
•incline bench bicep curls (as shown)

2. Elbows next to the body
• standing curls
• barbell curls (as shown)

3. Elbows in front of the body
• chin ups (as shown)
• preacher curl

4.Arm supination
• hammer curls (as shown) works your brachialis
• pronated grip curl

Simple low volume leg routine that works. Nothing fancy.

•barbell squats
•bulgarian split squat
•romanian deadlift
•seated leg curls

Then finish with calf raises. 💪🏻

Somebody said it’s FLEX FRIDAY!!
Still at 150 ish lbs, been intuitively eating for a while now even though I said Id start cutting. 😅No food restrictions but of course I still try to be smart about my food choices. Maybe I should start counting calories again 🤔

Some people think calorie counting is a pain in the ass cause they think it has to be done for the rest of their lives just to maintain the physique they want.

Intuitive eating is going to be much easier once you familiarize yourself with the portion of the food and the calories and macros behind it. While macros and calorie counting is a bit complex, it’s definitely easy to learn when you actually start doing it.
