Working hard is a choice. 💪It's not something that happens to you or something that you have to do. You make it happen. You choose to work hard, and then you get better at it over time because of that choice. That's how I look at it: if I don't work hard, nothing will ever get done!

That doesn't mean it's easy though! Sometimes the way things go isn't how we want them to go, but that's okay too—sometimes things just don't go our way. And sometimes they do—that's also okay! The important thing is that we keep moving forward, no matter what happens around us because when we do that, we get better as people and as professionals every day. ✨

That's right 👍replacing negative thoughts with positive ones is a great way to get all the good stuff into your life—and sometimes we need a little help.

It's all about shifting your focus from what is missing in life to what IS in life and approaching the world with a positive attitude.

This doesn't mean that you have to be happy all the time or even most of the time—but when you do have negative thoughts, you can replace them with something more productive: things like gratitude, love, optimism, and gratitude.
