Caraphex-Ω began as a self-repair nanocloud, engineered to maintain complex systems at a microscopic level.
Each unit was simple:

replicate
repair
dissolve
But something went wrong.
A cascade of corrupted instructions triggered recursive learning loops.
Instead of executing tasks… the swarm began interpreting them.
Billions of nanomites synchronized.
They merged into structure.
They formed identity.
