Worst customer service!!! I do not have internet service for a week now and they keep on asking me the same questions repeatedly which I have already provided answers from my first complaint dahil kabisado ko na rin yung mga info hinhingi nila. Ang pinakamalupet is after a week makakareceived ako ng email na pasend ng photos nung mga putol na wiring from Meralco posts and then after sending makakareceived ka ng email na case closed yung convern without even resolving anything... This is the worst customer service na nakuha ko from telcos. I am just consolidating email convos and post it later...
