MAS PINALAWAK NA OPORTUNIDAD SA MANUFACTURING: DECEMBER 2024 SELECTION HIGHLIGHTS

Isa sa mga mahalagang pagbabago sa December 2024 selection process para sa manufacturing industry ay ang pinalawak na eligibility. Ang mga manufacturing enterprises na may 300 o higit pang empleyado ay maaari nang mag-hire ng mga non-professional foreign workers (E-9) bastaโ€™t kabilang sila sa root industry at ang kanilang headquarters o branch ay nasa labas ng Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, at Incheon.

Ang polisiyang ito ay inaasahang magbibigay ng mas maraming job opportunities para sa mga aplikante, lalo na sa specialized fields sa root industry. Bukod dito, ang pagpayag sa metropolitan-based companies na may operations sa non-metropolitan areas ay nagdadagdag ng geographic diversity sa mga employment options. Ang mga pagbabagong ito ay hindi lamang magpapataas sa kabuuang bilang ng mga trabaho, ngunit maghihikayat din ng mas balanse at mas inclusive na workforce distribution.
