I worked in the entertainment industry for a while. Though not that long, ang dami kong natutunan and ito, opinyon ko lang based sa naexperience ko na noon sa industriya.

DO NOT READ TOO MUCH INTO IT. Stick to what Kathryn Bernardo posted. "Chapter closed". Anything that they do especially Daniel Padilla and the alleged third party, Andrea Brillantes, are and will be calculated from hereon because the management is full-on doing damage control now. They can see how the issue affected the careers of those involved. Kathryn's image and popularity is on the upswing since the breakup announcement but we cannot say the same for the other two involved.

I'm not questioning how Kathryn is dealing with all this because what I see in her is just a newly single woman trying her best to move forward while keeping a good balance sa career niya and contractual obligations (events that she has to appear with her ex) without drama.

With Daniel, on the other hand, the guy is struggling. He has to do what he has to do - fan service. Showbiz is his bread and butter. He needs to survive. Though I believe that both of them are civil with each other according to some friends who are still working behind the scenes, there's extra effort on his side to appear unbothered but his image is obviously hurt by his issues. Same with Andrea who used to be so loud to not wanting to be in a loveteam but was just officially announced to be pursuing one with Kyle Echarri. They need to deflect people's attention.

Do not overthink what celebrities do, say or post. Wag ka magdeep dive. That's just how the entertainment industry works. If you are a fan and would like to continue to be one, focus on their projects and try not to be overly invested with their personal lives. Baka masaktan ka lang pag di nila mafulfill ang imagination at expectations mo. If you're not a fan, wag i-judge agad ang nakikita sa kanila at face value. Hindi dahil parang sweet nagkabalikan na o magbabalikan pa.

At the end of the day, mga artista sila. Trabaho lang.
