The program commenced with the entrance of the completers, followed by the doxology and the singing of the National Anthem, setting a solemn and meaningful tone for the ceremony. Prof. Lowella Ocomen then delivered the Welcome Address, extending her greetings to the attendees and commending the students for their dedication, perseverance, and commitment throughout the academic year.

A special intermission number by the Grade 7 students added a lively atmosphere to the program. This was followed by the Inspirational Message delivered by the Guest of Honor and Speaker, Mr. John Carlos D. Brion. In his address, Mr. Brion encouraged students to pursue their aspirations with passion and determination, emphasizing that success requires resilience, hard work, and strong character. He urged the completers to sustain the same level of enthusiasm and perseverance as they continue their academic journey.

The ceremony proceeded with the awarding of medals and ribbons to students who received special awards and honors, as well as the recognition of outstanding students from Grades 7 to 12. This segment highlighted academic excellence and served to inspire other students to strive for similar achievements.

The awarding of certificates served as a symbolic recognition of the completersโ€™ academic accomplishments and their readiness to advance to the next stage of their education. Each student was conferred a certificate of completion along with a ribbon signifying their achievement.

Norbie G. Zamora, President of the CSC, delivered the Message from the Completers. In his speech, he expressed gratitude to the teachers, parents, and fellow students for their unwavering support and guidance. His message reflected on the shared experiences and challenges faced by their batch.

The program also featured Saranggola by Ben&Ben as the official Grade 10 Moving Up Song, symbolizing the studentsโ€™ aspirations, growth, and readiness to embrace new challenges.

The ceremony concluded with the Closing Remarks delivered by Ms. Diana Malit, marking the end of a successful and memorable celebration of student achievements and a significant milestone in their academic journey.

The position of Secretary goes to Irish Catherine Ellamar (CRIM) with 235 votes, while Karl John Narvarte from the College of Teacher Education (COTE) was chosen as Sub-Secretary with 223 votes.

Keven Manuel from the College of Business Administration, Tourism, and Computer Science (CBAT) secured the position of Treasurer with the highest votes at 353. Christal Kyla Macaranas (COTE) will serve as Auditor, receiving 150 votes. The two elected Business Managers are Kelly Manaois (232 votes, CRIM) and John Carlo Villanueva (171 votes, COTE). For Public Relations Officers, Rendelle Ellana (187 votes, COTE) and Justine Rey Espiritu (52 votes, Senior High) were chosen, while the Sergeant positions are held by Francis Ian Molina (222 votes, CRIM) and Jayvee Bautista (128 votes, CRIM).

These elected officers are entrusted with leading the graduating students of 2025-2026, representing their peers in alumni matters, organizing events, and ensuring a smooth transition from student life to professional and civic engagement. An invocation was led by Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) Unit and TSg Manuel C. Caampued Jr, (Inf) PA Admin NCO and followed by welcome remarks from Marc Arnel P Espino, Philippine Army (Reserve) and NSTP Coordinator of MDC. A formal relinquishment of command by Lt. Col. De Asis was witnessed, succeeded by the assumption of command by Col. Garce for the duration of the inspection.

The ceremony proceeded with an inspiring message from Lt. Col. De Asis and the ceremonial parade and evaluation activities, where cadets demonstrated discipline, administrative readiness, and tactical competence.

The RAATI concluded with the announcement of results, officially recognizing the MDC ROTC Unitโ€™s 91.60 rating. In her closing message, Lt. Col. De Asis encouraged MDC youth to serve with integrity and camaraderie as citizens of the Republic of the Philippines.

Despite the challenges, the cadets embraced the experience with unity and pride. More than a performance evaluation, RAATI 2026 became a meaningful journeyโ€”one filled with lessons, camaraderie, and memories they will cherish for a lifetime.//

The program was facilitated by Masters of Ceremony Mrs. Cyndirella Iyog, Sir W***y Cariรฑo, and Mrs. Jova Aquino. Mrs. Lorna M. Angeles, OSLAR Director, delivered a Gender Equality Talk focusing on laws aligned with gender rights, emphasizing the importance of awareness and inclusivity in educational institutions.

Prof. Iolie Delos Santos, RMT, MPA, discussed reproductive health awareness, proper use of contraceptives, and diseases that may be acquired during intimate relations with partners. Highlighting accessibility and informed choices, she assured participants, โ€œIt is now accessible for everyone!โ€

Atty. Catleya De Guzman provided a comprehensive discussion on the legal rights of women, strongly affirming, โ€œKarapatan ng mga babae ang lumaban,โ€ underscoring that women have the right to defend themselves and assert their protection under the law.

Meanwhile, Ms. Karen Sendico, MDC Faculty member, spoke on fair opportunities for women in technology and the convenience it brings in promoting equality. She emphasized the role of innovation in inclusion, stating, โ€œDahil sa paggamit ng teknolohiya, lahat ay pantay-pantay.โ€

Through the expertise and insights of the invited speakers, the seminar became a meaningful platform for enlightenment and empowerment. It reinforced among women in MDCโ€”especially studentsโ€”the importance of being informed about their rights, health, and opportunities, enabling them to stand confidently and responsibly in all aspects of life.//
