Happy and blessed Monday, friends!

I’d love to share with you this original song I wrote and recorded.

I thought it’s especially fitting to share now, since we just celebrated Pentecost Sunday yesterday. 🔥

The Holy Spirit gives us courage—and we’ve already received His power through baptism.

May this song uplift, inspire, and empower you today as you walk boldly in faith.

Belated blessed Pentecost!

Jesus said to his disciples: “If the world hates you, realize that it hated me first."

Are there people who hate or do not like you because you follow God's commands or you stand up for what is right?

Remember that it is not you alone whom they oppose or hate. Your Master was hated by them first.

Draw strength from your Master and Lord Jesus.

"When they heard that he was alive and had been seen by her, they did not believe. After this he appeared in another form to two of them walking along on their way to the country. They returned and told the others; but they did not believe them either. But later, as the Eleven were at table, he appeared to them and rebuked them for their unbelief and hardness of heart because they had not believed those who saw him after he had been raised." - Mark 16:11-14

Are there people who also do not believe your words even when you are telling the truth?

It's possible that they are biased AGAINST you or they find your message impossible or difficult to believe.

Be strong. Keep speaking the truth and proclaiming the Good News! Wait for God to vindicate you.

Happy Easter, friends!

Let us thank Jesus for another opportunity to be resurrected with Him.

Every day we wake up, we are “resurrected” with the risen Lord. Treasure every moment, and let Him use you as His instrument of His grace and mercy. - KerygmaFamily

Commentary on today's Gospel from KerygmaFamily.com.

"Pettiness is an annoying trait. It is frustrating when you are trying to accomplish a big and complicated task but are constantly thwarted by petty problems posed by individuals who are just being “pains in the neck.” Jesus experiences this often from the Jewish leaders. Why would healing a person on the Sabbath be a bad thing? You do not tell a sick person to wait if you can heal him right away."

Can you relate with Jesus? Are there people who are "pains in the neck" in your life who instead of helping you accomplish the assignments God gave you, make life difficult for you because of their flawed ways?

I can!

We can learn from Jesus.

What does He do? He just keeps being Himself and doing the Will of the Father despite the persecution and irritation from the evil church leaders.

Let us remember that if God is for us, who can be against us? Those who go against us are going against God who called us to be on a mission.
