Not every meal includes a dad, but every meal is possible because of a dad. 💙

He may not be sitting at the table with us, but his love is present in every meal, every bill paid, and every little comfort we have.

While we eat together, he’s somewhere out there working hard, missing birthdays, celebrations, and ordinary family days just so we can have a better life.

A seafarer dad may be far from the table, but he is always part of it. ⚓️💙

POV: She tested your patience all day…

The meltdowns. The crying. The sensory overload.
The moments when you’re exhausted and honestly don’t know what to do next.

But then, at night, you look at your little girl sleeping peacefully and realize…

She wasn’t trying to be difficult.
She was struggling to communicate what she couldn’t put into words.

She’s still learning how to understand her emotions, regulate herself, and navigate a world that can sometimes feel too loud, too bright, and too overwhelming.

And I’m still learning too.

Learning to be more patient.
Learning to understand before reacting.
Learning to choose compassion when I’m already tired.

Because behind every challenging moment is a little girl who is doing her best.

And behind her is a mom who will keep showing up, loving her, and learning with her. 🤍

Tomorrow, we try again. 🫶🏻

Sometimes, an empty playground feels like a little gift for an autism parent. 🤍

No waiting, no worrying about overstimulation, no explaining—just a quiet space where my child can simply be herself. Sometimes, these little moments of peace mean everything. 🧩✨

Because what may seem small to others can feel like we just won the lottery. 🎉 Every little progress, every new skill, every tiny step forward is a victory worth celebrating.

It’s progress, hope, and a moment we’ll always be grateful for. 🧩✨
