Pork Giniling with Quail Eggs Recipe (Filipino dish)

12-15 quail eggs, boiled and peeled
1 tablespoon banana ketchup (optional, for sweetness)

Instructions:

Sauté Aromatics: Heat oil in a wide pan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and cook until softened and fragrant.
Cook Pork: Add ground pork and cook, breaking it into pieces, until it turns light brown.

Ingredients:

1 bitter melon
1/2 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
2 tbsp black bean sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tsp cornstarch
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 inch ginger, minced
2 tbsp cooking oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Prepare the bitter melon:
Cut the bitter melon lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
Slice the bitter melon into thin pieces.
Sprinkle salt over the slices and let it sit for 15 minutes.
Rinse the bitter melon thoroughly and squeeze out excess water.

Prepare the beef:
Marinate the beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, and a pinch of pepper for 15 minutes.

Stir-fry:
Heat oil in a wok or pan over medium-high heat.
Add the beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove and set aside.
Add garlic and ginger to the wok and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
Add the bitter melon and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.

Oyster Sauce Beef & onion STIR-FRY

Ingredients:
1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
1 large onion, sliced
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon Sweetener
1/2 cup water or beef broth
2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:
Marinate the Beef:
In a bowl, mix the thinly sliced beef with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Prepare the Sauce:
In a small bowl, combine the oyster sauce, remaining soy sauce, hoisin sauce, & sweetener. Add 1/2 cup of water or beef broth and mix well. Set aside.

Cook the Beef:
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until it is just cooked through, about 2-3 minutes. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.

Cook the Onions:
In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the sliced onions and stir-fry until they start to soften, about 3-4 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for another 1 minute.

Combine and Serve:
Return the beef to the skillet. Pour in the sauce mixture and stir-fry everything together until the beef and onions are well coated and the sauce has thickened, about 2-3 minutes.
Garnish with chopped green onions.
