This is what Japanese comfort food should taste like. 🤤🇯🇵

Finally tried Mitsuhana by Salmon HQ and their famous Salmon Noodles instantly became my favorite. Fresh salmon, refreshing flavors, and super comforting without any fishy taste at all.

But the real star for me? The Volcano Roll. The combination of salmon and cream cheese was insanely good. 🔥🍣

Also loved the Rainbow Roll, Salmon Skin Chips, Premium Salmon Sashimi, and their rich Chicken Katsu Curry.

Plus, the staff and chefs were super accommodating which made the whole experience even better.

If you’re looking for your next Japanese food spot, Mitsuhana by Salmon HQ is definitely worth trying.

I finally checked out Salmon HQ at The Corner Market, The Podium, and honestly, this place is redefining how we enjoy premium salmon dishes.

Let’s start with their Naked Cake — look at those beautiful layers of kani k**a with ebiko, rich spicy salmon, chuka wakame, and perfectly seasoned Japanese rice. Every bite is creamy, balanced, and packed with umami. Napakasarap nito! Definitely their signature for a reason.

Their Ebi Tempura is light, crispy, and not oily—just how it should be. The Classic Maki is simple but fresh and well-executed, while the Ebi Tempura Maki adds that extra crunch and flavor.

The Spicy Salmon Poke Bowl brings a bold kick—super satisfying if you want something hearty but still fresh.

For rice meals, both the Beef Teppan Bento and Salmon Teppan Bento are sulit and filling. The beef is savory and flavorful, while the salmon is tender and cooked just right—highlighting their premium quality.

One unexpected favorite? Poke Nachos — crunchy, fun, and perfect for sharing.

Small space, big coffee energy. ☕✨

Just discovered Yield Specialty Coffee, and I have to say na panalo sa quality ng drinks kahit maliit lang ang space nila. Sometimes the best cafés are the ones that focus more on craft than size, and ramdam mo talaga ‘yon dito.

The barista was very welcoming and passionate about the drinks, which made the whole experience even better. You can tell they really care about what they serve. 💯

My favorites:
🥇 Sea Salt Latte – perfectly balanced, creamy, and addictive
🥈 Honey Oat – smooth with the right touch of sweetness
🥉 Strawberry Hibiscus – refreshing and vibrant
4️⃣ Java Chip – a classic that hits the spot

Overall experience? Solid thumbs up. 👌🏽 If you’re around Sampaloc and craving quality coffee, this spot is definitely worth the visit.
